“Dr. Swayze was very kind and listened to my concerns regarding my golden retrievers. His nurse, Monet, went above and beyond getting to know my dogs personalities and temperament in order to make them more comfortable during their visit. I have been back since and my girls absolutely adore her and she remembers them each time. You can tell Dr. Swayze and Monet love what they through and it shows through their care!”
“So amazing! I just adopted a very sweet but very nervous German Shepherd and they were so accommodating and made sure he felt comfortable for his first checkup. They answered all my questions and reassured me! So glad to have them in my corner going forward!”
“Visiting Franklin with my baby Jax, he developed an infection that made him extremely miserable. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Malone and JJ for their remarkable healing efforts and compassionate care. Within hours of his treatment, he was back to his usual self!
Jax says thank you?
Bravo!”

“They still have my senior dog's records, we had to move and he's been seen since he was a pup. We had some concerns while visiting, and took him in. Yes, the wait was long, but we received good care and the veterinarian took her time and listened to our every concern. Definitely recommend this facility.”
“Dr. Paula and the entire team at Animal Ark Animal Hospital are truly exceptional. I’ve been bringing my almost 9-year-old Pomeranian here since he was just one year old, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care we’ve received over the years.
The level of compassion, communication, and professionalism consistently exceeds expectations. Dr. Paula takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer questions thoughtfully, and ensure I feel confident in every decision regarding my pup’s health. You can genuinely tell that the entire staff cares deeply about the animals they treat not just medically, but emotionally as well.
Appointments are always efficient yet unhurried. The office is clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately puts both pets and owners at ease. The technicians and front desk team are kind, attentive, and responsive whether it’s a routine visit or something more urgent.
It’s such a gift to have a veterinary team I trust completely. I’ve recommended Animal Ark to everyone I know who wants exceptional, compassionate care for their dogs and I will continue to do so.
We are so grateful to have found them.”
“Once again Dr Sammons and Regina proved beyond a Shadow of doubt their love of my Jessie. Their education and experience determined the issue that has plagued my little guy so that treatment could ease his pain. I am forever grateful for Dr. Sammons and her practice. Thanks for all you do?”
“I cannot get over how amazing everyone is here at Little House Animal Hospital. Dr. Walsh and Dr. Pfeffer...I will never be able to thank you enough for saving my boy's life. You even help me cut costs when you didn't have to, and it was appreciated more than you know. If you're even CONSIDERING going to Little House, just do it. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable and I truly do not think Boone would be alive without everyone here.”

“Today, Dr. Rebecca Hamilton came out to see my donkeys for an exam. I cannot say enough great things about her! She showed so much love to my donkeys and they loved her right back. She was so knowledgeable and personable. I had the best experience! This was my first time using Franklin Equine and the experience was so great that I’ll keep coming back!”
“I recently relocated from Scottsdale, found this place, saw the great reviews, and booked a my dogs annual appointments. Great recommendations for care—very friendly and professional!”
“My husband and I were visiting from out of town when our senior pup suddenly started some very erratic behavior. The care he received at Goose Creek was wonderful! They fit us in quickly and connected with his vet at home, provided a thorough exam, and took plenty of time to talk through his symptoms and care options. If we lived in the area, this would be our go-to vet.”
“We've brought our dogs here for many years. We love the staff and the various veterinarians we've seen over the years. Everyone has been professional, caring, responsive, and helpful whenever our pups have required medical attention. We travel from the Spring Hill area to Franklin because we feel the care is worth the drive.”
“We moved to the area in 2021 with 2 older Cavapoo's and are so grateful we found Clovercroft Veterinary Hospital. The staff has been phenomenal wether it was an appointment, stopping in to get treats or food, calling from out of state for a prescription or going through the difficult process of euthanasia with our "baby"...all the staff, everyone please know we are Grateful. To Maddie and Dr Harris, THANK YOU for your expertise, your empathy and your help through this process.”
“My 11 year old dog had TPLO surgery at Apex and it all went well. Dr Attwood , my dogs surgeon , recommended incorporating physical therapy sessions at Animalia for a quicker and better recovery for my senior dog. It was SO worth it. She recovered so much quicker than expected and was back to her normal hiking schedule and long distance walks all thanks to her physical therapy sessions with Kirsten.I cannot thank Kirsten enough for her patience with my dog since she is very nervous and hates water but, Kirsten with love and kindness was able to get her to do her underwater treadmill workout by her second session. Not only did Kirsten help my dog heal from her leg surgery and grow her muscle mass on that leg again but she help her strengthen her hip and other limbs as well.I cannot thank Kirsten and Dr Hubbard enough for taking care of my dog with so much love and bringing her back to health. I HIGHLY recommend Animalia Rehab.”
“Dr. B is the absolute best! All my relatives also entrust the care of the 4-legged members of it family. We are so grateful for him and his excellent, compassionate staff.”
“This is a GREAT Banfield. My pet is on the Wellness plan and the Banfield near my house couldn't see my pet and it was an emergency. This Banfield is NOT associated with a PetSmart so it was nice and quiet and I got an immediate appointment. The VET was really sweet and they were very thorough. I think I'd like to bring my pet here instead of 100 Oaks because it's just so much nicer and more approachable even though it's 25 or so minutes away.”

“They are amazing. My cat ate rat poison and thankfully this location was open until past 11pm. They did everything to make sure my cat is ok , and it was in comparison to other places in the area pretty „inexpensive“”
“I'm not sure how I'm writing this today but that goes to show how meaningful and moving our experience at this vet was yesterday when we had to put our french bulldog Oliver down.
We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Mitch since we moved here 5 yrs ago. Oliver was mostly there because he developed IVDD when he was 5 soon after we moved here. IVDD is a genetic spinal disorder common in this breed. A month after bringing our dogs here for vaxs, Oliver had a flare up overnight and we had to rush him to the emergency vet in CS. He could barely walk. Their response was either a $10K surgery or put him down. We were devasted but my gut told me to wait for Dr. Mitch in the morning and do some research. Well we did and thank god we did.
Dr, Mitch saw him first thing and and did acupuncture on him as well as prescribed us some meds and also chinese herbs for dogs. He was realistic and matter of fact but extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He said there was a chance it wouldn't get better but a bigger chance that it would. We would likely have to deal with this on and off because its genetic but it could improve...and in 2 days it did! Dr. Mitch gave us an extra 3 yrs with Oliver. Was he back to perfect? No, but we knew what we had to do and eventually knew it would take him but boy did he live well those 3 yrs.
Fast forward to a few days ago...Oliver had the worst flare up yet. None of his limbs were working properly. He couldn't walk, eat or go potty. We brought him to see Dr. Mitch (who Oliver didn't really like lol and he'd try to bite him) and we did more acupuncture and meds. We brought him home and this time it didn't work. Dr. Mitch was honest and said if he didn't improve we'd have some choices to make. He didn't push an expensive surgery that was a 50/50 shot, or push us to do anything he was just good at treating animals.
We ended up bringing Oliver in to put him to rest. It was one of the worst days of our lives. It seems dramatic, but he had been there while all of our kids grew, during good times and bad and even when we brought him a new friend home...a wiener dog who he loved. All of our 4 kids were there with us and Oliver but Dr. Mitch wasn't in that day. Dr. Cason was and what a blessing that was. Believe it or not, I had never met Dr. Cason before but he did something our family will cherish the rest of our lives. Dr. Cason saw our despair but explained what the process was. His staff was genuinely sad for us and very helpful. He then asked if he could pray for us and Oliver. It was so kind and thoughtful and eased the experience and also cemented why I'll never go to another vet and why we moved to TN. That 1 act alone changed everything. Thank you Dr. Mitch for trying all the things, thank you staff, and thank you to Dr, Cason who was such a huge blessing for our family during such a difficult time.”
“Customer service is always great! Front desk ladies are super nice. Dr. Blakey(neurology) is absolutely wonderful! Takes plenty of time to answer all of our questions. Love this place!”
“We brought our senior dog in to get a second opinion and saw Dr. Diego Soler. He was wonderful with our boy and with us. He explained everything and showed us X-rays and ultrasound pictures and although the results were heartbreaking, the care we received was excellent.”
