Unfortunately through poor breeding my pup is special needs and can be challenging. The Staff at Waggy Tails go out of their way to ensure he is safe, well cared for and work with his challenges. I was beyond excited to see that Waggy Tails accepts Titers! Titering is so very important to the safety and well being of your pet. Thank you Waggy Tails we love you guys!

Sorry for the long post but definitely do read before sending your animal here. I sent my puppy there for board and train and she came back doing much better so her training worked, however I am giving 2 stars due to the communication. I understand that running a business can be hectic and busy, however when she was gone I messaged a couple times to check on my puppy and I didn’t hear back usually until 2+ days later until it was time for her to come home. She was supposed to come home on a Sunday and I messaged Saturday to a time she would be dropped off and I didn’t hear anything until the morning of that she thought she should stay longer. I was fine with this but I didn’t appreciate being told me morning off when I had to work that afternoon and was trying to make plans according. Then when she came home we were told we would be receiving a go home packet and never did. I messaged the owner/ trainer and heard back from her twice after she came home in regards to some questions we had about training, after that we didn’t hear from her again. We were supposed to receive the packet did not after asking multiple times and calling up to the location where I was told she would contact me and never did. Also in our contract we were supposed to receive a go home lesson (which we did) and then we were also supposed to receive another lesson after that included in the charge and have not received it and cannot get into contact with her also as a side note my puppy came back sick with tonsillitis which I was not mad about and told her I wasn’t and i just wanted her to know in case it was going around (which obviously it was since she came home sick) and that was about the time I never heard from her again. So for this reasoning I do not recommend this place you will have very bad communication and not get all that you pay for.

I cannot say enough how much I love every single employee at Waggy Tails - Columbia Ave location. After an awful experience with a "dog sitter/walker" I was very nervous to leave my girl with anyone but after 1 day of her coming to Waggy Tails, I knew I wouldnt leave her with anyone but them ever again. They adore her and constantly tell me what a good girl she is for them. The owner is so so kind and compassionate and if you/your pup are gone for over a certain amount of time after being a regular, she genuinely gets concerned and will reach out to you to make sure everything is okay. They have become family to us. I know my girl adores them and she gets overwhelmed with excitement when I say "ready for daycare?" It's come to the point I cant say the word daycare around her unless we are actually going there because she sits by the door and cries, ready to get in the car and go. We are so grateful for everyone here and appreciate all of their love, kindness, and understanding.

My experience with awful. My dog had never been boarded before. I chose Waggy Tails because they had a geriatric section for the older dogs. When touring the place before dropping off my dog I was shown that my dog would be in the front lobby area with the other older dogs. My pup stayed at the facility for 7 days. When I dropped my dog off he was happy and running around excited to be with this other pup that was in the geriatric area. When I picked him up he could not even stand and was terribly dehydrated and covered in urine and his bed was also saturated with urine. He was also not in the geriatric section. I was told they decided to close that area mid stay. I asked staff what happened and how long he has been this way and the staff said. "Nothing is wrong, he is just tired" We carried my dog out to the car and took him straight to the vet. He ended up being in kidney failure and extremely dehydrated. I understand that kidney failure doesn't happen overnight but it was the lack of attention to my dog to notice that something was wrong so I could get him to the vet. He ended up having to be put to sleep that evening. When I called to speak to the owner all she could say was that they took very good care of him and nothing was wrong with him. If I dropped my kid off a a daycare and he ran in and then picked him up and he couldn't walk and was covered in urine would that be good care? They refunded my money but never once acted sorry that this happened. I guess the place is under new ownership so beware.

We have taken our dog there almost since it opened for day care once or twice a week to run around and enjoy being off a leash outside. This review isn't about how my dog used to come home fully pooped from running around all day and now he doesn't (do they crate them more than they used to?).This review isn't about how last week how my Kennel Cough vaccinated dog contracted Canine Flu, we spent a few hundred dollars at the vet for meds, or how the steroids are causing him to pee all over the house in the middle of the night, coughing constantly for the last 5 days, the 104+ fever, etc. This review is about how when the vet staff came out to my car the first question was, "Has he been to Waggy Tails?". So I came home and checked my emails for a notification from Waggy Tails. Nope. Checked spam folder. Nothing. My vet said they lost a dog to it a couple of weeks ago. Sometimes its not just Kennel Cough. Other day cares are shutting down for a few days, deep cleaning, and NOTIFYING pet owners. This review is because Waggy Tails did nothing to alert me about the outbreak. Do they really care about your dog? Absolutely not.

This place is dishonest and shows no real concern for your dogs. We boarded our dog here and she came back with open scratches and dirty and smelled like she had been peed on and not helped. The night we bribing her home we noticed she was coughing and suspected that she had kennel cough. When I called to ask if any other dogs had tested positive, she said yes but that "my dog probably wasn't around that dog" and said that my dog could have gotten it from me driving with my windows down at a stoplight. When I said that they should've told me that another dog had tested positive at pickup or before that, the lady on the phone was incredibly snarky and rude and blamed me for my dog getting kennel cough from there. This place doesn't take care of your dog. Go elsewhere.

My dog has been under Charlie and crew's care since his original place at his house. She was a daily day-care attendee, and I'm telling you, Charlie loves our dogs as much as we do. He used to let my little girl swim in his pool, and he would kiss her head before letting her swim to me. When I take her to his new places when we need to kennel, she is excited to see him! I have referred Charlie to several friends, and they have had the same experience. I drive past several kennels to continue working with Charlie and his great staff, and I will continue to do so, because my little dog is the most important thing in my life, and I trust her in his care.

Waggie Tails is every dog parents dream daycare. The first time I walked in I was greeted by Jess, the most enthusiastic, happy dog lover! I remember thinking man this girl is everybody would want running their business and she has yet to disappoint!!!!Our sweet furbaby comes home EXHAUSTED everyday and that’s saying a lot considering shes a high energy Vizsla! The only downside to going to Waggie Tails is now every time I leave my house my dog loses her mind if I leave without her because she thinks she’s missing out on an opportunity to go to her favorite spot.Thank you Jess and the Waggy Tails staff for taking such good care of my sweet red baby!!!

First time I've ever used this place and I'm happy to say both my dog and I loved it! The staff was very friendly & took good care of my dog while we were in town. I highly recommend this place. Don't forget to call/text & confirm your reservation so it's a smooth check-in/drop off for you, your pet & the staff.

My dog just finished the board and train at waggy tails and she is a brand new dog! The trainers loved my dog as much as I do and it was so clear they made her a priority. The difference made in a short amount of time is unbelievable, and I am so grateful for the trainers at waggy tails for helping my dog truly become part of my family. If you are interested in dog training, I highly recommend taking your fur baby to waggy tails!

I am new in town and have never boarded my little 7 pound senior chihuahua with anyone I didn't know. In a pinch I found Waggy Tails, what a blessing!!! She was right up front with the other senior dogs so she was always supervised and mostly cuddled! I called to check on her and was reassured she was doing great. Everyone is so nice and obviously dog lovers! I will be using Waggy Tails for all of my boarding needs, you should too!!

Any time we travel out of town, we bring our dog Max to Waggy Tails. They are super nice, take really good care of him and he loves it there. They usually give him a bath and cut his nails, and he comes home a happy, clean pup. There were a couple of times we had to extend our trip, and they were always super cool about it and let him stay longer. Highly recommended this place!

Shelby loves Waggy Taiks and the staff. They treat her as one of their own whether is doggie day care or extended boarding. I’ve never had a dog who loves daycare/boarding like she does. Great staff. Fabulous facility. Happy pup.
