Was traveling to Franklin from Southern California and during the flight I realized that I forgot my prescription at home.... Went straight to this Walgreens since it was on the way to our hotel in downtown Franklin and literally got there at the pharmacy's closing time, 6pm on a Sunday. To top it off, my prescription wasn't even with or in the Walgreens system. The gentleman who was closing the pharmacy could have told me to come back the next day, or even that there was nothing he could do. Not this guy, he stayed late on a Sunday, called my home pharmacy to get the prescription, and filled it right then and there. Forever grateful to this real southern gentleman.

This Walgreens sits on the corner of Bakers Ridge and Carothers Parkway, and is your standard Walgreens location. I have stopped by this location to pick up a few things, as well as my recent visit found me in the onsite Vanderbilt Clinic. My trips to the retail part of the store have been fine with the exception of service, which is always lacking. Each time I have checked out, it seems like I am annoying the cashiers. They are never friendly or helpful. My recent clinic visit started out with the same service woes, as the gentleman checking me and a few other patients in, seemed annoyed that I arrived for my appointment. He was not the most pleasant to deal with, especially when you are feeling less than stellar. I will say that the NP that actually saw me turned the visit around. She was kind, helpful and empathetic. When I exited, I scooped up a recommended spray and went to check out, only to be hit with that lovely Walgreens service mentioned above. Smh. Overall, I will probably avoid this location in the future. Not only has service always been an issue, but the store is not in great condition and is in need of an update. I did want to note that the NP mentioned the clinic is not affiliated with Walgreens outside of being located there, so technically her great service, and the gentleman's not so great service, has no impact on this review.

Purchased some Visa gift cards for sizable amounts from this location. Of course when I went to use them, they had a ZERO balance. Called the store and they really did not care at all. "no refunds". I asked them if it concerned them that it appears someone is scanning the card numbers in the store and stealing the money from them. (In my case, I found that the cards numbers had been used to purchase over $700 from a big box store). Nope, they did not care at all. Did not even want to hear it at all "call the gift card company".

This walgreens is an absolute joke. I recommend going anywhere BUT here. They had a manual delay entered in on my script, neglected to take it off when my refill was due, I had to call \\u0026 inquire, they put me on a 10 minute hold, i hungup because it kept randomly ringing then going back to the hold music. I had to call again, wait 6 minutes until i got to speak with someone, she interrupted me every time i tried to talk, she hung up on me after i told her to have a good rest of the night. Called me back to tell me they actually dont have it in stock so she told me i can call around to other walgreens to see which one has it then i can call my provider \\u0026 tell them to send it to the other walgreens… i asked if they can see on their end the stock at other locations because an actual decent pharmacist at a different walgreens helped me reroute birthcontrol before, this woman was far from decent she said yeah they can but its better if i call myself its apparently most accurate if i call instead. So now they have inconvenienced me in every single way possible \\u0026 yet again she hung up on me! Absolutely absurd and disgraceful.

My wife and I had a 12:45 appointment for our second Covid Booster at the Walgreens at 9100 Carothers Pkwy, Franklin, TN 37067, on Sept. 8. I made the appointment online and completed the 24 questions asked for pre-registration for both of us. We arrived at 12:35. We were told to wait in the aisle and that they would bring me forms to complete. I advised them that I completed all of the forms online. The employee told me "Oh. We're having problems with that system." I told her that's exactly what I was told on September 18, 2021 - nearly a year ago; when I also told that I had to do both forms again. She replied, "Well, we're having new issues." Really? I don't believe you. My wife is in a wheelchair, having suffered a stroke caused by the stress of Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer. You would think that the employee would endeavor to get us taken care of on time, not early, just on time - but no. We waited 15 minutes past our appointment, and then she went to take care of another patient first. I asked her if I could complete the forms - for the second time, while she was giving the other customer her injection. She got huffy, walked back into the pharmacy, and came back and handed me the forms. While she was in the small enclosure with the other patient, we could clearly hear them talking about "...how people should have more patience." What? Why are we asked to make an appointment that they do not honor and complete forms online that they do not use? She went on to have an extended conversation with the other patient while we waited. She took 12 minutes to make a single injection. Now it's our turn - nearly 25 minutes after our appointment time. I squeeze my wife's wheelchair into the small enclosure - without the employee offering any help. She takes less than 4 minutes to administer our two injections. Yet, we were deemed 'impatient' while she took 3x as long to give one injection and carry on a conversation. I am a retired senior executive of Walgreens and I was ashamed. I plan to write the CEO.

BAIT and SWITCH on Medicare Patients. I was quoted a price for life sustaining medicine only to be provided with an amount 5 times the cost because Walgreens deliberately slow walked the exorbitantly expensive prescription until my insurance renewed and I had a new deductible. SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS! It seems to happen across the board anywhere I go in this country and I'm done hearing how it's not the fault of the state licensed professionals because of a supply shortage! I guess it's my fault for being old and sick and being critically ill with a fatal disease. "First do no harm" apparently does not apply to pharmacists...just real professionals.

Crowded and overpriced! It was crowded and had a long line. I came for name tags and they only had one 25 package. I needed 35. Waited in the long line and was helped by a slow cashier who whispered at me through the plexi-glass. I could barely hear anything he said. Then I went to the cool springs Walgreens to get more name tags . They had 6 packets in stock , there was no line AND they were 60 cents cheaper! How is it 60 cents cheaper at a Walgreens 7 min away!! Maybe it was because the 2nd Walgreens actually took the time to ask if I was a rewards member. Are they like Kroger charging you more unless you enter your number?

The photo shop is not well run. I asked for help using their computers to print and edit photos, my questions were met with an I don't know and zero effort to assist me. I sit in my car and use their photo app to have them printed. I'm sent an email telling me they are ready for pick up, they are not. No explanation or eta. This guy should not be in customer service

Not the place to go if you're heavily pregnant and in a lot of pain. Employees are very cold and not interested in helping you find what you need. Closed ahead of schedule on top of it.

This Walgreens pharmacy location is awful!!! Poorly staffed and always slow. Their automatic phone reminder service is good - received a call 4 days in a row that my meds are ready. However, I've been sitting in their drive-thru now for an HOUR!! Me and four other cars. Can't get out of line due to cars in front of and behind me. No one has even come to the window to talk to the customer in front of me. My meds will be expired before I get to the window. Awful service!! I'm switching pharmacies immediately.
