Worst interaction I’ve ever encountered. The pharmacy staff need to get their shit together. I have never had any issues anywhere else to pick up a prescription and they gave me the hardest time about it. I will not be returning to this pharmacy ever again.

The most abysmal pharmacy staff I have ever interacted with and unbelievably lazy. Most Walgreens pharmacy staff at other locations I really appreciate, but these guys have an excuse for everything. I would highly recommend using another location. There are plenty nearby and the staff at those within the vicinity are far more organized and better to work with.

This location is very convenient for me, so I truly hate to leave a less than great review but here I am! On several occasions I’ve had RX’s called in to this location, and it’s always a few days before it says they will be ready. Like over the weekend or whatever. Once I said I really need this antibiotic today, and the girl said ‘let me see if we have it’ came back and said they did and to come back at 6. Husband went back at 6 and they said, oh that won’t be ready until Monday. So today, after waiting over the weekend for meds, I decided to ask, why so long? It was called in on Friday, but wasn’t ready until Monday? The very nice lady told me that they get ‘some meds’ from a ‘central location’ and that takes a couple days. I said, well I really needed them before Monday. To which she replied, oh you should have called, and we could have checked to see if we had it here in the store. What? If you have the medicine, why couldn’t you just fill the prescription? I don’t know if this is now a common practice at Walgreens, but I’m taking my business elsewhere. If I have an RX called in, I need it filled in a timely manner, and I would think that a pharmacy would automatically check if a drug is in stock or not! I shouldn’t have to call! What kind of whacky deal is going on here?!

I got the right prescription and only waited a bit in the drive through.

Literally kept picking up the phone and saying nothing and putting me back on hold at the pharmacy. Do not use for your pharmacy.

I'm giving this store 3 stars because the store staff is very friendly - but only 3 stars because the pharmacist is & has been for quite some time very rude & disrespectful to customers ! I stand in line watching it be ignorant thru every person she's there & gets paid to serve- if pay is to low find another job - if you had a bad day a smile on someone else face could make it better , if you are mad at corporate or Mgmt don't take it out on customers ! Meanwhile I switch to the friendlier pharmacist at the Walgreens cross 65 for any scripts !!! To the pharmacist with the tude ' get some therapy ' life is hard enough !

Laura? I think was at the front - she was excellent. As I sat and waited for my meds, I saw her help person after person with genuine care. The pharmacist, however actually told her not to help a customer who they didn’t have the meds in stock for, saying “he can call around himself.” Laura told her it was for his diabetes and he needs it, to which the pharmacist said “it doesn’t matter.” The pharmacist also refused to come up and talk to me about the medication I picked up (for my pet) because “she doesn’t know anything about dogs.” Terrible customer service and people like her are the reason Walgreens keeps losing customers. I’ll go back to CVS even though it’s a further drive. STAY SWEET, LAURA. We need more people like you in customer service. Visit date 08/06 at around Noon.

Definitely one of the worst drive through experience I've ever encountered. The car in front of us was ahead of us for 35 minutes. A buisness as big as Walgreens should have some things in place to avoid this kind of service. For example having them come inside if the wait is longer than 10 minutes or have someone come out to their car in the front. We didn't even get our medicine filled after all of that because they said it was "out of order." No call to tell us this and we waited over 24 hours to come and pick it up... Changing our family pharmacy. I hope this reaches quality control because that's ridiculous.

They gave me a very hard time when it came to requesting cashback in a certain amount. They were very rude about it. Apparently the store management does not like providing cashback and they've informed their employees not to be accommodating with certain requests. I was told that the manager had told their employees that they are not a bank do not be accommodating. I won't be going back anytime soon and I used to visit this one frequently.

The people are friendly and helpful but every time I come for prescriptions I sit in the drive-through line for a minimum of 30 minutes. Came through over the weekend and the drive-through was closed. Due to staffing issues. Just takes too long to get prescriptions so I have switched to another pharmacy unfortunately. No blame to the staff. They are great.

I'm not sure why this store has so many issues, but it's the reason I moved all my prescriptions to the grocery store nearby. They fail to do photo cards correctly half of the times I pick them up.

Went to pick up some photos from Walgreens. I only saw one employee, so I had to wait until they were free. She was polite and got my order ready quickly. There are no issues with parking here. Aside from that, it was a routine transaction. If you get pics from Walgreens, it shouldn't be too bad. It's not too pricy, either.

Need more staff, or automate filling medicines. Not kidding they need robots to fill prescriptions so that pharmacists are available for other activities

Frequently visit this Walgreens but not anymore, I will take my business to CVS. They had a sign on their door stating 70% their holiday items. There was several slippers there in that section. Linda, my cashier, was pleasant until she called her manager since it didn't ring up with the advertised price. He called me a b!tch and it escalated to there. Linda told me his name is Huey. He certainly doesn't need to be working with the public. I contacted corporate on him. I hope other customers who have had to deal with him does as well. Goodbye Walgreens. Hello CVS!
