DO NOT have your packages delivered to this Walgreens. We routinely have had issues picking up a package we have sent there. The latest being that the system is “down” and there is no back up to the system. No paperwork to fill out, it’s all dependent on a computer to “release” the package. They confirmed the ID, tracking number, all of it but say to prevent “theft” they can’t give it out without the system releasing it. Horrible policy cuz they even physically checked that all the info matched. You should ALWAYS have a backup way to get things done. The worker was nice, the only positive of the situation. But her manager didn’t seem to care to help or seek to fix the issue.

These people were incredibly rude. I tried to get an intelligent answer to a question that my insurance company had posed to me in order to cover my medication properly. Not only did they not understand what I was saying or try to help, but they hung up on me, and then the manager proceeded to yell at me as if I was her younger daughter or something?! Honestly, what are they on? Whatever happened to Customer Service? I'm not in their industry or insurance and I do not have that kind of knowledge, in terms of how to define what preferred generic and generic is. I wanted some intelligent clarity. None given. Kept trying to bat me back to my insurance. Google was more help - RUDE unhelpful....

The pharmacy staff ate all great, except Seth. He is consistently rude and uncomfortable to deal with. In fact, if I see him working I leave. I won't deal with him because he is so abrasive! I would give this pharmacy a 5-star rating, but they need to get rid of Seth. I'm ready to change pharmacies.

Management here is horrible, terribly disrespectful customer service by them. there may have been 2 or 3 genuinely helpful CSA's. I have came here several times and every time it is regrettable.

Cannot say enough high praise for the staff at the Pharmacy! The whole team are so professional and helpful beyond words. In particular Bryan is outstanding with helping with our insurance and is so personable along with many other staff. During covid the pharmacist has been so helpful and being able to get vaccines done easily and conveniently is such a bonus! Hanna has been particularly fantastic scheduling and planning shots to keep our community safer.I love the helpful staff at the main counters and the greeting I get each time I walk in.Life can be stressful but I sure appreciate this team that makes my life easier and all the brighter. Thank you Fieldstone Walgreens!

This Walgreens was not as friendly as the one i usually go too. The check out team member was friendly !But the team members in the isles where not. They were stocking shelves and the lady made it clear that I needed to hurry as I was in her way. Stocking cart was blocking the isle and product ( candy bars) were being put on the floorwhile she restocked and rotated stock in the candy isle. Gross .Other wise the store was clean and well stockedLets just mark this one up as unusual event or new employee type of scenario at Walgreens today.

A couple of significant “mix ups” at the pharmacy over the past two years. Most recently, I was asked to come back for a third time to get a prescription filled because they didn’t do their job.Terrible customer service from a tech named Bryan who was working the drive through. Bryan could have handed the situation far better, instead he thought it would be funny to insult me and provide answers like “I guess you can come back as many times as you want your prescription filled.”I was brought up on the Walgreens brand and have been a loyal customer. I am moving my prescriptions today.
