Absolutely love shopping here, pricing can be a bit steep but it’s 100% made up for with the rewards accounts and the customer service. I’ve come in both morning and nights, Tara is extremely sweet. Thomas and Camden are also fantastic, they have both helped me find items on several occasions. Would definitely recommend for all shopping needs

Thank you for looking in the back to look for more possible product I needed. And Xtra thanks for finding some more!!!! It was truck day today, they got their Halloween stuff in today and it was all hands on deck to get it put up. Thank you for taking your time away from that to assist me.

This is the worst lab location I have been to and if I could 0 stars I would. I went here to get some lab work completed for my employer and the tech couldn’t hide the dismay he has for this job. I told him I needed a butterfly needle (I have small veins) for the lab and he act like he knew better than me & of course it didn’t work and ended up causing excruciating pain (which he disregarded). He eventually goes to get a butterfly needle and still couldn’t find a vein and just was overall incompetent. I had to tell him that other techs have found success with drawing blood from my hand (which hurts btw) but at that point I just wanted to get this nightmare over with. So NEVER go to this location.

Was followed around the store, associate clearly saw me looking for something. Once I found what I was looking for, the associate came to the same aisle and stayed there to act as if he were looking at products. I knew this bc I kept feeling as I were being watched so when so turn to look at the gentleman he was facing towards the product and me and could feel him not move until I picked up something. When I say this was obvious it was clear, so then I proceeded to the counter to (checkout) he turned and watched me. Once I checked out I could see him through the window reflection to go about what business he was doing.
This is a little concerning. Not sure if this store has had theft but I am a working professional living in Cool Springs. Hopefully, bc I was dressed down in a causal manner, I wasn't profiled.
Would have been nice to be asked if I were looking for something, instead of me walking aimlessly around. Maybe even I could have asked also what I was looking for as well, but that doesn’t change what happened

The Walgreens pharmacy at White Bridge and Charlotte consistently is late filling orders and will get information worng. Please avoid this one

This Walgreens, located at the corner of Cool Springs Boulevard and Mallory Lane in Franklin is your standard Walgreens location for the most part. The one thing that does separate them from the others I have visited in the city is the level of service. I work in the area, so I normally pop in here for small things to and from the office with my recent drop by being to pick up a few photos I had printed. The photo counter was staffed, which was a surprise honestly. He was nice and quickly gave me my photos. I went to the front to ring up, and the cashier was positive and friendly throughout the process. The store can be a bit of a mess on occasion, which seems to be the theme for Walgreens honestly. Always seem to be stepping over items or moving unmanned stocking carts out of my way. Overall, solid Walgreens location that I have no issues utilizing!

I called before driving to the store because we needed passport photos. I selected the photo department and no answered so I was sent to another department. No answer and sent to a third one. Then an employee answered and said no appointments need just come in. Ok our family of 4 showed up earlier today and the employee behind the front register paged that an employee is needed in photo. And then the late began. He called a second time still no luck. Then another person came in to pick up pictures and he came over and hit the bell to call a photo employee.15 minutes since I walked in the store someone finally showed up. This was unacceptable.She first had to reprint the other ladies photos because it was not done yet as she was promised. Then she took our photos and printed them. The process once she showed up was under 10 minutes but the wait time was ridiculous. I will not come back again to this store for photos. I will use another pharmacy. Just really sad how this store is run. At least the guy up front was helpful.

Rudest people in the world. Tried to stop in on the way to work. Extremely rude women just sitting in the door way doing nothing simply said “We’re closed” and shook her head.

This Walgreens pharmacy consistently gets the dates on my prescriptions wrong and they are rude in the process. Try to avoid them if you can.

This is seriously the worst experience I have EVER had at a pharmacy. The pharmacist is insanely rude and basically held my prescription hostage because she has some kind of issue with telemedicine. She was argumentative, accusatory and Walgreens has forever lost my business and I’ve been with them for years. Please do yourself a favor and choose another place to do business.
