I and through the drive-through to pick up a prescription that my Walgreens app said was ready and was $10 with my insurance. I waited in line and finally Miranda, the drive-through pharmacies Assistant asked me my name and pulled my prescription and she said I didn’t have a contract through Walgreens. I told her that my app said it was $10 and I did have insurance through there. She said do you want to pay the $47 or not and I said no so I went home and I called the pharmacy at Walgreens and they said it would be $10 with insurance. so I went back for a second time inside the store and she said to the pharmacist oh here comes trouble, I didn’t know she was talking about me and I picked up my prescription for $10 and then waited on her to finish through the drive-through. Her body language was absolutely terrible and she spoke to me as a client terribly too with two individuals in line. I had 1500 employees when I retired and I’m in the healthcare business and I would like to know if any of my employees talk to a patient like that. But the store manager, Annette took up from Miranda even though I heard 30+ years with that particular Walgreens on Carruthers.

Avoid this pharmacy AT ALL COSTS. Because that's what it'll do.. cost you time, anxiety, etc. The window worker(Andrea) was not competent enough to even work with Tricare insurance. They said "insurance cards don't look like that" ... That was a new one! Thankfully the pharmacist has some brains about him and made it work. But the other staff on shift was atrocious.

Made appointments for my entire family to receive Covid vaccinations. We coordinated our schedules and all went to this location to be told they had no Covid vaccines in stock.
Really? Why did the system allow us to confirm appointments??
As an aside, the exact same thing happened to my dad at a Walgreens in another city.

Every month I get a refill of the same med. Every month they never have it, I have to wait for the order to get there it’s so annoying. What steps do you need to take to avoid this from happening?

A Walgreens is a Walgreens wherever you go. Same aisles, same types of products, nothing to report on there. But I do like this location because the people are so nice! They try to engage in the super short time you are checking out, and it feels genuine. I've never walked out of here in a bad mood.

Was traveling to Franklin from Southern California and during the flight I realized that I forgot my prescription at home.... Went straight to this Walgreens since it was on the way to our hotel in downtown Franklin and literally got there at the pharmacy's closing time, 6pm on a Sunday. To top it off, my prescription wasn't even with or in the Walgreens system. The gentleman who was closing the pharmacy could have told me to come back the next day, or even that there was nothing he could do. Not this guy, he stayed late on a Sunday, called my home pharmacy to get the prescription, and filled it right then and there. Forever grateful to this real southern gentleman.

I will not tolerate Roger and his hatefulness any longer. He has the worst attitude of anyone I have ever seen in customer service. He makes you feel like you are interrupting his day by being forced to check you out. He slams stuff down and huffs on his way to the register. He ignores you. He snaps at you. He either resents the fact that he has to work or he hates working at Walgreens. Either way he’s bad for business and I won’t be going back. There are other options
