The entire experience was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. We ordered the vehicle, it arrived in a very reasonable timeframe, and everything went exactly as expected. Gage was our salesperson and he was great to work with, honest, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Very happy with the overall experience and would absolutely recommend this dealership.

I came in this morning thinking I had an appointment but I mistakenly scheduled it for next week. I left the dealership and a quarter mile from leaving, my engine temperature gauge started increasing so I turned back to just drop it off thinking I’ll be without my truck for a week or so.
Mark managed to talk with the diesel technician and work me in. They repaired my vehicle and got me back on the road same day!
He also introduced me to Stacey to answer some questions I had about purchasing another vehicle! Stacey was just as pleasant as Mark! I didn’t get the technician’s name but please thank him too!
Seriously, thank you! You’ll have my business and referrals!

As a local residence nearby, I always come here and get the service, and every service was wonderful, but today the service advisor Justin Hicks was a highly appreciated. I have been taking my truck to Walker Chevrolet for the last two years and have never experienced any trouble. The staff is great. I have never experienced any of the service techs pushing any unneeded services. Instead, on most occasions, I have been advised to wait on it or keep an eye out for the pending service. I feel like they look out for the best interests of the customers. I'm not only writing about how I'm treated, but as I sit waiting in the lobby, I watch how the service consultants interact with other customers. Keep up the great work.
