A month or so ago I needed some cylinder head bolts for my Trailblazer. Walker got them the next day without a problem and were quite helpful. Earlier this week I needed a certain brake hose for my 2002 Chevy S10. I called them and a I spoke to a woman who looked up the part based on my description. To be sure we were talking about the same thing, she sent a picture from her diagram to my email. I confirmed it was the proper part and she said it was discontinued and they didn't have it. But she send me a list of 5 dealers who did and their phone numbers. I reached out to a dealer in Arkansas and got the part in 2 days. I am grateful that the woman at Walker's parts department was so helpful even though she knew she didn't have the part to sell me. I wish I remembered her name. Great work!

Bought my 2023 tahoe here, absolutely love it. Stacy our sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. Super fast process too. Service was great, I'd give more stars if I could.

Ryan Collins was very helpful and answered every question I asked, thoroughly. Considering my visit was on Saturday morning, everyone on the Team was personable and friendly. All the sales associates addressed me as I walked the dealership lot. Waiting area was accommodating and comfortable.

Absolutely terrible customer service... the service advisors are so rude and don't care to be there and it shows. I don't understand how someone just can't be a kind human being. All the guys in there are extremely rude. Would not recommend giving these guys your money. Find some other Chevy.!

Be aware of this dealership. Nothing they have told me from the start was trueI’m really not recommending for the people to going to this dealershipI talked to them before I go to trade my car Chevy traverse 2023 LT full options with one Tahoe 2021 high country from them and they setup appointment and I went today I found the is on damaged in the front like they told me on the phone the car was in damage also on the front glass is broken and when I tell them I can take it but at least change the glass before I take it they replay to me we can’t because it cost us 1500 dollars so you can take the new one 2023 LT because we can’t fix it While the vehicle is so expensive and has many miles 34,000 miles on it and I telling who can take it like that it supposed to tell me before I came here and you waste my time like 2 hours and also when I ask him about what the price for my car if you want to make trade they tell me 29,000 dollars whilst my car is 2023 LT traverse full options fully Loaded and it has just 14,000 milesI can’t believe those people they laying and They drag people to buy cars with a clean title but still damaged on it

I can not say enough good things! Walker will have our business moving forward. Ryan and Josh are amazing and moved mountains for us as we had many obstacles in our way and they still got us in a great vehicle and didn’t break the bank in the process. Ryan came and sat down with us even though it wasn’t his job and heard our situation and thought outside the box and found us an awesome deal and Josh taught us about the vehicle and was so patient. They simply Treated us as family And that is all I could ask for. We are so appreciative of them! They didn’t give up on us!

Great family owned company that hasn’t been bought out by a corporate group and ruined like most dealers ….. I’d give them 10 stars if I could

The salesman Jerry West made getting the car I wanted so easy! Shane Turner in finance worked quickly and with no pressure to get me moving so I could drive my new car. Everyone there is so friendly and easy to work with. I'd definitely send friends and family.

Honestly had the best experience I've ever had buying a car here. We got a great deal on an awesome car! Ryan S took care of us from the start. Great communication from him keeping us up to date on the status of our new car. Between Ryan and the rest of the staff, they accommodated our needs completely. Chris was great, as was your finance guy, Scott Johnson. I was treated like a customer expects to be treated. I purchase a lot of vehicles for my business and personal life. This was a rare exception from most car dealers. I will definitely do business again with Walker Chevrolet.

Michael White is the salesman that I used at Walker Chevrolet in Franklin TN. To buy our new car. Could not ask for someone to be more helpful in helping us get the car we were looking for. Michael was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very upfront about everything. Communication with him was great and easy. Everyone at Walker Chevrolet was great to deal with.
