Pickup said it was ready, used the app to say I was on the way. Got there and sat for a long time. Had to call and they said they had to “re pick the item since it got lost in the back room”. Not sure how they would lose it. Makes me think they never picked it in the first place.

Strongly recommend against their same day delivery. Placed an order for 3 items that I need same day. I was willing to pay the $14.90 for express delivery plus $6.99 for a “below minimum fee”. Item number one was substituted with no issue. Item number two was also unavailable so I messaged my shopper to see if they have any substitutions. They said yes so I asked to see the options. They sent a picture of a similar but more pricey item which I told them I’ll get to which they replied ok. Then I received a notification that the third item was also unavailable. When I placed my order, next to each item it said that if my item was unavailable they would replace it with the best match. I didn’t contact my shopper for this item since I wasn’t too worried about a specific replacement as long as it was somewhat similar. When my order arrived I only received the first item. If I had known I wouldn’t be receiving either of the 2 other items I would have just cancelled my order especially since the item I did receive was less than $4. I tried contacting customer service and they say they would refund me and offered me a $5 promo code but it turns out they only “refund” one of the unavailable item which I was already not being charged for. I ended up paying around $25 due to the express delivery fee and below minimum fee.

I only gave it 4 stars because they are always out of my chunky yarn in purple and white. Why do you have the chalk paint in a pint can locked up? Not necessarily and it is so inconvenient, I didn't even bother trying to get someone over there to use lock it.

The last time l went to Franklin WalMart l purchased nine items and two of the items purchased were higher than the displayed price. WalMart Garnier hair color with a price of $6.99 but my sales receipt shows l was actually charged $7.62. I purchased Biotin for a display price of $3.50 but my sales receipt shows l paid $7.88. I purchase these product at WalMart because it is lower than other stores. Had l known l was paying higher prices for these items, l would have purchased them at other stores. How many other items have l been paying higher prices than the display?
I still trade at WalMart and continue to experience items that l purchase are not the same price as listed on the display. Recently, l told the Cashier that the item was higher than the displayed price. Her response was, “Are you sure?” She said, “The next time make a picture of the displayed price?” I responded it was Walmart’s responsibility to charge the same price as the display. Am l suppose to take a picture of every item l purchase at the displayed price??

0 stars. They refused to sell me a toothbrush. Apparently you can’t purchase certain items from the store after a certain time. Why are they even locked up in the first place? There’s also no button to press for assistance. You just have to “ask the cashiers.” I asked 3 people and none of them would help me. I will absolutely never spend my money here again.
