My recent experience at Walgreens Pharmacy was beyond disappointing. The employees there have the worst attitude I have ever encountered. They display a complete lack of care for customers, slamming the window shut in faces, even when there's a line of people waiting. It's shocking how little they value customer service. To make matters worse, their unprofessionalism is astounding. As a result of such treatment, I am moving all my prescriptions to the Kroger Westhaven Pharmacy, where customer service is actually a priority. Avoid Walgreens if you value respect and decent service.

The large b woman working here at the night shift was extremely rude to me and refused to let me put my phone number in the system after she skipped it and didn't want to go back and start over. She had the nerve to say "you don't need it". Terrible customer service.

This pharmacy is the worst. I frequent them because they are convenient and have a drive-through. However, there seems to be no one running the show there and everyone gives you a different answer. I get notifications that my medicine is ready but then when I get there, they tell me the truck never arrived. I tried to get my blind father's medicine refilled early and I was told it was no problem but then when I got there another pharmacist denied me. No one cares.

I have never seen such a pathetic example of a human being. This pharmacist let me sit there for 40 minutes. He saw that I had pink eye. The physician called in the prescription and he just wouldn't fill it because he needed to get off work exactly at his allotted time. What a pathetic man. Do better walgreens.

Pharmacy was pretty backed up but the phlebotomist was the most skilled I've ever had. Completely painless COVID booster :)

I have always been treated very well by all pharmacy staff here. I highly recommend this Walgreens location.

Always at least a 30 min wait in the drive through. Ain't nobody got time for that. They should at least open the other lane for drop offs. Annoying

Love our pharmacist! He greets me and each of my family members by name. Excellent service. It's a busy location with a busy pharmacy. I recommend ordering refills at least a couple hours ahead via app or phone.

Called in my prescription over 45 mins ago and they are like we still have 10 minutes to go but they can take care of the POS meth heads.

Not sure why all the mediocre reviews, it's a Walgreens where the people are friendly but busy, they always get my scripts correct and timely, the pharmacy is very qualified and helpful. The checkout is pleasant, never a long line, and the store is well stocked. I've been going there for 4 yrs and when the store isn't busy (which is most of the time for me) they says Hello when I enter. I would rate this store higher than your typical Walgreens.

The pharmacy staff is merely dismissive on a Good day. They are usually just plain hostile. The unpleasant attitude is apparently contagious, they all seem very unhappy. I was so surprised when I went to another location, they were smiling! friendly! The comparison was stark. Life is too short to allow retail personnel to ruin your mood. This review is based on continued bad experiences, not just an occasionally out-of-sorts pharmacist.

We love this Walgreens. However, the weekend store hours are NOT 8am-10pm as the site says. They close at 6pm on Sunday's.

Poor customer service. She was talking over us to another customer. Did my acknowledge us. And they were talking loudly and negatively about someone.

Okay, I know this is totally beyond dorky, but....THIS PLACE IS MY JAM. I lived so close to here at the time, that it was my one-stop shop for all my basic needs. I could stop in when I got gas, or if I was waiting for a prescription I could go drop off my dry-cleaning or get take-out or mail a package, or even get a hair cut in the same tiny shopping strip. It was so convenient to a ton of other shops, maybe I should be raving about the shopping center itself, but no, no, it was the Walgreens that made it for me. Imagine driving home after a long, long day at work with a 2-hour round trip commute. Exhausted, you remember that you need to pick up some milk on the way. You get to Walgreens, in, out, home. It was just...zenlike in its simplicity. Plus, you could peek at the seasonal aisle or their garden aisle for cute lawn ornaments. I would go there for everything, for groceries, for cards, for gifts, meds, cold supplies, it had everything I could possibly want and it was so convenient. I even got to know some of the staff, who were all really nice. It felt like my own tiny general store right down the street. It was a pillar of mundane amazing...mundazing, in my short time in Tennessee, and it kept me anchored in my crazy, crazy life. I never thought I'd feel so strongly about a drug store, but there you have it.
