We love the food there, however, they are often closed at night when it says 24 hrs. There aren't many late night spots around and it's unfortunate that I may have to stop going altogether.

The hours are false, it's advertised as 24 hours but the resturant is nearly always closed. False advertisement, bad service, lazy employees, nobody there seems to want to do their job.

Terrible place placed an online order get there not ready never came through and had to jump through hoops to even get my order done won't come back for sure

Order your specialty coffee and food from the self service kiosk. Never saw a person behind the food counter and had to ask the Shell attendant where to get plain coffee. You dispense your own plain brewed coffee off to the side.
Decent coffee, not heavy in acidity or bitterness. I usually drink my coffee black but it was not good enough to drink plain. Uncertain how long this pot has been sitting out, initial dispense came with grounds that apparently had settled over time.

Late install, starving…. Franklin exit Murfreesboro Road 9:55pm. Steak & Shake closed, Cracker Barrel closed, went into Taco Bell and was met with terrible rudeness. Management must be on vacation. But WHITE BIISON to the rescue! Smiles from staff and great customer service! Food was good. Coffee on tap not the best but really enjoyed the sitting area and taking a break before back on the road home.
Really enjoyed it.

On the few separate occasions, I have come to the store I always get the same thing and it seems like every time I order it always has poorly put together but other than that the food was great

MTO is fun to use, and I can put olives on whatever I want and NO ONE CAN STOP ME ? good coffee, fun staff.

Every time I come by this place I sit at the drive-thru for 10 minutes. Nobody seems to be paying attention to this. Today at 3:00 p.m. I waited forever in the drive through and finally pulled around to the window, only for the employee to tell it was closed today. Well here's an idea put a sign on your drive-thru so people don't sit there all day. I'm pretty sure it wasn't closedeither she just didn't want to wait on me. It's a shame because they have really good coffee but this business won't last long with this kind of customer service.

Good coffee, good iced drink. Staff couldn't be bothered to actually acknowledge us until they were good and ready, however. Barista was likely new, so we cut a break for that, but the manager was no more personable, and didn't say 2 words to us either. Coffee is more than just drinks, it's personality. This one was lacking that.
