Have seen the results of the work Les puts into his clients. He trains athletes to become professionals! He also meets the needs of the common client by pushing them further than they think they can go! His knowledge of health and science is beyond that of most trainers! Highly recommend!

Les has unparalleled knowledge, equipment, and professionalism. He has an amazing gift of explaining the whys and hows of each movement tailored specifically to my body. Having had shoulder surgery, and a history of other injuries, I was able to feel 20Yrs younger again, and am in the best shape of my life. Oh yeah, it's a ton of fun too. I actually enjoy training again!

I've been working out at Whitley Performance twice a week for about 5 years. It's always a challenging workout with lots of variety. Les listens to your goals and is extremely skilled at tailoring a program to achieve those goals. I've made so much improvement in strength and mobility. I originally was referred to Les due to lower back pain and can not say enough good things about the improvements in my quality of life since working with Les to improve my core strength to support my back!
