Several years ago we had storm damage to our roof and siding that they did not cover but went up on our premium due to all the storms in the area. We had another roof claim on a different house that they paid an engineer (no telling how much) to say my roof was damaged by vandalism. A roof damaged by vandalism??? Currently waiting on the adjuster for over 3 weeks now to look at damage to our floor. They've already told us they aren't covering it without even looking at it. Stay away from these people. They were the cheapest quotes we received and still are. Unfortunately, I am getting what I paid for.

It took way too long for me to pull the plug on our old insurance company and advisor. Right away after giving Williams Insurance a call I realized I should have cut ties years ago - turns out, our old advisor had us hooked up with the wrong home insurance policy (WAY too much coverage for our townhome) and within the first hour, Travis (Williams) here dug into our HOA and realized we only need about half the coverage we were paying for, since our HOA covered all external facets.On top of that, he got us hooked up with a company that is now providing us with better auto coverage at about 60% of the cost (i.e. about $400 saved on auto alone... two cars).Customer service has been amazing - prompt email replies, professional, detail oriented, etc. I don’t usually leave reviews for companies but felt obligated to tell people to give Williams a call. Very worth it!

Excellent customer care and service! Moving to TN from out of state and Steve took care of everything! Got me quotes and all set up with new plans for a great price on less than 2hrs. Easiest part of my move. Highly recommend!

I have used Williams Insurance Group for both my home and auto since I moved to TN in 2003. I wouldn't ever think of using anyone else...they are the absolute best, hands down. Friendly, knowledgeable and always available when I need to speak to someone. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a rock-solid company to handle your insurance needs!

Travis and the Willaims Insurance group have been so great to work with! Travis was very helpful in explaining quotes to me and easy to talk to. You can tell this company isn't out to gouge you on insurance, they want to find you the best policy and price for you! After I bought my insurance through them I received a hand written letter in the mail from them thanking me for mu business. You just don't get that kind of customer service and care anymore these days! Thank you Travis!

My family has been with Williams Insurance Group since we moved to Nashville 17 years ago. Steve, Travis and the whole staff have taken care of cars, apartments, houses and more for us. Their customer service is off the charts. I can contact them by phone or email and their responses are always quick and accurate. They have been especially helpful in navigating insurance questions and needs for two new teen drivers, from helping to understand insurance costs before purchasing specific cars to providing support after accidents. I cannot overstate how satisified I've been with the Williams team for nearly two decades now.

Williams Insurance Group gives you the five-star treatment. They have the best rates for car and homeowner's insurance. If you have a question, they are always professional, courteous and get back to you in a timely manner. I always recommend them if I run into anyone that needs insurance. I have been with Williams Insurance Group for almost 10 years. Steve Williams is one of the most kind, honest, wonderful men in the city, let alone the insurance business and takes very good care of me. He and the team have gone above and beyond numerous times. This includes dealing with my many many questions, insuring my cars, my first home and dealing with the HOA stuff I was clueless about, my second home, and of course the thing you hope to never happen...a major car accident. There was no business talk - it was are you okay, what can we do, we'll deal with everything else later and then calling in to check on me as I recovered. They're amazing and I just love working with them. It is very difficult to find good personal service where you really feel taken care of in general. I would pay for that, but they have great rates as well so I don't have to :)
