I have done business with Wursters for 37 years and they are honest, fair and great service. Ask for the owner Michael. Awesome.

Wursters is the best! I have a Saab 9-3 convertible and will not take it to anyone else but Wursters. Even after moving to Nashville, it’s worth the drive! Mike never talks down to me and I feel blessed to have found this garage and his team. After over 10 year, they remain the best! (And their waiting lounge is the best!)

I am having a hard time understanding why this garage has so many 5 stars. Here is my personal experience: We had our 2005 Range Rover towed to wursters. Initially we told the shop we needed the throttle body reprogrammed, we explained it wasn't accelerating and stuttered when in idle. The owner called us back the next day stating they tried doing the "relearn" on the throttle body and was unsuccessful due to burnt wires and that was the reason the truck wasnt running properly. It would be $1,568 to fix, we agreed to proceed. A couple days later we called to check in, they proceeding to tell us they were still working on the electical issue but found another issue with the Key, it kept getting "Stuck" in the ignition and it would cause "BIG" problems in the future if not fixed. That was another $588, we agreed to that. Two days later they called and said "Were all finished with the truck, we test drove it and it's running excellent"When we arrived to pick up our truck, went in paid and received the keys. Went out to test drive and still not able to accelerate when pressing the gas. Went in to tell them, they went to take a look, came back in making me aware it was my "coil packs and spark plugs" and it would be another $500 to fix. Mind you, they never once mentioned that in the original diagnostic. When the owner was asked to explain why we weren't informed of that information if that was a contributing factor on why the truck wasnt running properly, he became very hostile. He had no logical responses, instead started with personal insults. From a consumer standpoint it felt as if I was being given the run around for them to make more money off of the job.If he would have mentioned this issue anytime during them working on the vehicle, it then would have been up to us if we wanted to proceed. NOT THE DAY WERE COMING TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE WITH THE MINDSET EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO GO!Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere if you have big problem, otherwise they're great at a simple oil change.

You are warmly welcomed from the moment you walk through the doors. They know European cars, vintage muscle cars, and everything in between. The service is impeccable. They are honest and you can trust them with your car. They took great care of our Land Rover LR4 and have earned our business. Thanks Michael, the lovely red head at the front desk, and everyone who worked on our car.#1 for car service in Franklin!

I have been going to this mechanic shop for 5 years! They are honest, fair and professional. They are also personable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a car repair, oil change, or a recommendation for when you have car troubles.

I'm only upset because I got my car back and not too much longer after I picked up the car that there was a scratch on my back driver side bumper. Like I said that's the only reason I'm upset with them everything else is spot on with their service and reliability.

I have used Wurster's over the past 5 years or so. They have worked on BMW's and Mercedes. Everything from routine oil change to major engine overhaul. They are always courteous, accurate with their estimates and on time. I have never had one time that the work was not top notch.Yu will not be impressed with the looks of their shop. Don't let it bother you!Services: Auto body & trim repair

So far so good! We discussed price prior to work and he even offered for me to bring my own parts in although he can't warranty the work so I went with their parts. Ross and Megan were very nice and all the mechanics I spoke to were nice. Friendly easy and my car is back up and running!

This place really earns its name as the worst auto repair location in Nashville. Overcharges, yet still doesn’t fix the issue.I was quoted a price, went to pick up the car only to be asked to pay double that price, and the issue was worse after they “fixed” it.Stay away.Service: Electrical

I understand that this garage is generally well respected in the community, but this is my recent experience. I brought in my 2017 Mini Cooper in for an oil change and to check for excess engine vibration. Well over $200 for an oil change and an inspection on the vibration. They diagnosed my issue as a collapsed motor mount and a harmonic balancer that was "coming apart." Total repair estimate: $1846 before taxes and fees (in addition to the charge for the vibration check). When I shopped around some other garages, I found repairs that were quoted $200 cheaper, when I called Wursters back, they flatly told me they don't do price matching, almost like I had insulted them for even asking. Finally called the Mini dealership, they said they would match the lower quote, and when I brought the car in, they told me it did not need a new harmonic balancer AT ALL. Saved over $1300 from the original Wursters quote. Obviously not a good experience at this garage, I guess the lesson is to shop around for expensive repairs.

Brought my 2003 E500 in to Wursters recently as it was suffering from a major parasitic draw, killing the battery if the vehicle was parked for more than a day. Wursters initially suspected the auxiliary battery (common on these types of cars) was the issue as it was bad. I went ahead with the service and went to pick the vehicle up the following morning to discover it was dead. The crew at Wursters immediately took the car back and did a gauntlet of diagnostic work to discover the source of the draw. They had my vehicle for approximately two weeks, but were communicative throughout the entire time and kept me directly in the loop. Finally discovered and rectified the source of the issue and had me on my way. Even more so, they did not charge me a single dime for the following diagnostic work as they had hoped their initial work would have fixed the issue. Their knowledge, communication, and professionalism were above and beyond my normal experience at a shop, and I will exclusively be using them for future service on my vehicle. I generally feel it’s hard to find an honest mechanic, but for the duration they had my vehicle I felt it was in good hands. Will be personally recommending this shop in the future.Service: Electrical repair
