After many visits to other stores and feelings overwhelmed and exhausted we stepped into what was to be our last store of the day. We are SO GLAD We did! We were met with a friendly “hello friends, come on in!” We said we were looking for wedding bands and Jackie was INCREDIBLE to work with. She was not pushy or “salesman-y”. She was so friendly, polite and she really took her time to help me find exactly what I was looking for when I didn’t even know myself. I felt like I was sitting with a friend. Vicki was also helping out and I just cannot say how easy it was working with these ladies! They also had many rings that other stores did not. 10/10 would recommend them! Thanks for helping us get one more thing checked off for our big day!

My fiancé and I first walked into Zales back in November just to browse. We had no intention of buying anything—just wanted to get a feel for styles, gemstones, and pricing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Lauren, whose caring and attentive energy immediately set the tone for our entire experience.
Lauren took the time to really understand what I was envisioning for my dream ring. Before we knew it, we were looking at diamonds—and I fell in love with a stunning half-carat natural marquise cut. From that point on, the journey to building my perfect ring began.
Lauren kept me informed every step of the way. Once the diamond arrived (in about a week and a half), we started working on the custom design. I brought plenty of inspiration photos, and Lauren meticulously took notes, never missing a detail. Even when I had second thoughts and decided to scrap the design and start over—keeping only the diamond—Lauren remained patient, positive, and incredibly supportive.
She made sure everything was perfect before sending off the final design. When the wax molds arrived, I knew these were the rings. They were stunning. Throughout the process, if Lauren wasn’t available, her team always welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, making sure we felt taken care of.
When the real rings arrived in late March, I was speechless. They were absolutely breathtaking—everything I had dreamed of and more. I truly could not have done this without Lauren and her incredible team. This experience was beyond anything I could have imagined, and I wholeheartedly recommend Zales to anyone looking for their forever ring.
