“I had to write a review on the Greenback PO after seeing negative ones. They are not perfect and over worked but Danny has always been helpful. Mike Carr the OIC has worked tirelessly to get mail and packages out when carriers quit with no notice or others on vacation or out sick. Give these people a chance. This team is a lot better than when the old post master was there but never worked. Chandra, another OIC came in and cleaned up a lot of old PO terrible management. I appreciate what they do now have to deliver the Daily Times.”

“The folks at the Louisville Post Office are awesome!! Our mail carrier could not be nicer; she is pleasant and efficient. When I went in to the PO today to mail some packages, Carl was so helpful! Since no other customers were waiting, he kindly built the Priority Mail boxes for me them closed them up when I was ready. The world needs more people like this - people who CARE.”
“I had an expensive package delivered to somewhere else in my neighborhood and could not locate my package. i could not get a real person from the post office on the phone. If it wasn’t for the kind and considerate delivery driver who delivers to where my mom works, I probably never would’ve gotten my package. He took time out of his day to locate exactly where my package was delivered and get it to me the next day no questions asked. This man’s name is Ian and I really hope some higher ups from USPS see this and reward him for doing an exceptional job of taking care of a customer in need. we need more people like him!”
