“Amazing customer service. I love my PO BOX too. I can bring everything to be shipped USPS to the Freiendsville office and I’m in and out with a smile every time. Even tho it’s a little out of my way it’s always worth it.”

“I just moved to TN and needed help with all the change of address stuff. Rhonda was friendly and super amazing. I literally never had good post office experiences other places. This was a blessing!”

“I am so incredibly appreciative to the customer service representative at the Louisville post office that I spoke to today. My husband is currently stationed at a nearby base and we needed to get something mailed to him using express overnight delivery, without realizing due to the weekend and upcoming holiday, he wouldn’t be able to actually get his package until mid-next week. Thanks to the package intercept service and an attentive customer service associate in the post office we were able to secure the package and ensure prompt pick up. It’s truly a crisis adverted, thank you so much Louisville Post Office & team.”

“I had to write a review on the Greenback PO after seeing negative ones. They are not perfect and over worked but Danny has always been helpful. Mike Carr the OIC has worked tirelessly to get mail and packages out when carriers quit with no notice or others on vacation or out sick. Give these people a chance. This team is a lot better than when the old post master was there but never worked. Chandra, another OIC came in and cleaned up a lot of old PO terrible management. I appreciate what they do now have to deliver the Daily Times.”

“I had an expensive package delivered to somewhere else in my neighborhood and could not locate my package. i could not get a real person from the post office on the phone. If it wasn’t for the kind and considerate delivery driver who delivers to where my mom works, I probably never would’ve gotten my package. He took time out of his day to locate exactly where my package was delivered and get it to me the next day no questions asked. This man’s name is Ian and I really hope some higher ups from USPS see this and reward him for doing an exceptional job of taking care of a customer in need. we need more people like him!”

“These are very amazing dedicated workers if they can’t help you, they will move heaven and earth to get you your answer and especially they are hugely kind and understanding. I have overheard a couple conversations that would’ve made even a sane man crazy ! But they answer politely and get them help every time”
