“Last Friday, while driving to Murfreesboro on 109, I noticed a loud noise and a burning smell coming from my vehicle. I quickly pulled over but couldn’t identify the issue. As I continued, the noise and smell only got worse. Thankfully, I pulled into BJ’s at closing time and met Billy, who went out of his way to help me, even though they were already closed.
Billy didn’t just address the immediate issue but made sure everything was taken care of. The next day, I returned to BJ’s for new tires and routine maintenance, and they’re even working on my other vehicle now.

“After multiple attempts to get the battery jumped on my 2018 Fiat 500x, turned out to be a very bad battery. With my car being Italian, it’s a hard battery to find. Leon was able to team up with his local supplier and had the battery installed in 24hrs. Very nice folks, if I wasn’t from out of town would use them again. “Very honest and nice man he called after he finished the work I asked him to do to tell me there was something major (over $300) had to be fixed that someone else screwed up He wanted to make sure I had the $$ I think that’s a good thing needless to say I had the $$ he fixed my Honda Accord 2002 and it’s running like new. “Quick & easy. We are from out of town and during our travels my heat shields bolts came undone. Most of the local shops where we were staying couldn’t get us in for weeks to fix it. Called this Firestone and they got my car in two days later and fixed it all up. Was such a relief especially while traveling. Excellent customer service! Was so appreciated.”
