“I had signs of needing brakes and Ausbrooks Auto was able to get me on their schedule quickly! —Little backstory, I bought my 2015 Altima in 2018. I’ve always had a little squeal when stopping. At the beginning, I took it to the dealership several times trying to remedy this. Never happened. They told me sometimes they just squeal. Ha! Fast forward to now… It was time for me to get new brakes. Their work is QUALITY! For 7 years my brakes have squealed, but not anymore after taking it to Ausbrooks!! Super pleased with their work. Staff is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!”

“Quick & easy. We are from out of town and during our travels my heat shields bolts came undone. Most of the local shops where we were staying couldn’t get us in for weeks to fix it. Called this Firestone and they got my car in two days later and fixed it all up. Was such a relief especially while traveling. Excellent customer service! Was so appreciated.”
