“Great experience! I brought my vehicle in for an intermittent starting issue and vibration while braking. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a failing starter and also inspected the brakes, finding that both the front and rear were due for replacement. They replaced the starter, brake pads, and rotors and kept me updated throughout the process. Communication was great, pricing was reasonable, and everything was completed quickly. I really appreciated the straightforward service and would definitely recommend them.”

“I had a self-inflicted painting mishap on my 2021 Ram 1500. No matter how hard I tried to fix it, I only made it worse.
Swallowing my pride I went to Pat Bowles for salvation. They were super nice and helpful, but the initial estimate was around $1800 which was less than I expected. Work was projected to take about a week.
After dropping the truck off I surprised to get a call saying the truck was ready that same afternoon. Seems the only damage I did was cover up the original paint without damaging it. With a lot of wet sanding and buffing they were able to return the finish.
Best part was the final bill was less than a third of the estimate and the rear panel shined like new.
I can't enough about their professionalism, honesty and fairness. they were super friendly and helpful. I think they were as excited about the outcome as I was.

“Don't let the looks of the facility fool you, behind the house are two lifts and a massive garage filled with what looks like anything and everything it would take to fix a car. New to town, I was recommended Alex by Auto Zone after finding out Ford was kind enough to put the Escape battery in the back of the engine compartment requiring removal of several parts to replace it. Alex not only purchased the battery for me, helping to lower the cost, he barely charged me to replace it. Helpful, kind, affordable and with 30 years of mechanical experience, I will be using him for all my future auto needs.”

He does not try to oversell or push you into unnecessary repairs, He is very fair on the cost of repairs. They are like the old fashioned garages of an era gone by. They may not have a waiting room with tv and coffee, but they have people who know what they are doing and you are not paying for all the fluff. You pay for a job well done. When we thought a tie rod issue they looked it over and called me to tell me it was just lug nuts not tightened from the tire dealer who put on new tires. The best and most honest mechanics and garage. Would give 10 stars if available”

“Jody helped me when there seemed to be little to no options left. Jody's was the third shop I landed at (should have been my first). Brought in a 30+ year old truck that was running very rough. Actually, it wasn't running. It was towed in. Took a decent amount of troubleshooting, but he got it back up and running.
