“I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOOOVE this place. But it is the owner[s] and employees that make It has been family owned for MANY years. I haven't had the best luck with cars. I had totled my car back in Oct. Of 2023 due to my prosthetic leg malfunctioning...Brandi [the owners daughter] and I talked a few days after the wreck..I found out my insurance was screwing me over. So I was out a car. Well it turns out they had an old 2002 Saturn just sitting there and they had been waiting to help out a customer in need. It's not a looler. Old school roll up windows....but it runs and gets me to work and to see my kiddos... I am forever grateful/thankful to all of them at the shop. They never bust heads and they treat everyone like family and friends. 10000x recommend”

“Bones is the best mechanic around. He is one you can trust and will take great care vehicles for an honest price. I was forced through insurance to go to a nationwide mechanic shop for an engine thermostat replacement. A week later the linght came back on went back they said it was a sensor and change that. A week later engine light back on but the the insurance was void since it's over 100 days. I refused to go back and went to Gallatin Automotive. Bones found they changed the wrong sensor and installed the wrong engine thermostat which caused the light to keep coming on. He fixed the problem. The car runs great after a few week still no light. Trust your friendly neighborhood mechanic.My wife's car was over due for brakes so I took her car to Gallatin Automotive and got me all fixed up. Changed just the front as the back brakes were still good. A lot of mechanics would have changed both to make more money.I would give them 10 stars if I could!Services: Auto engine diagnostic”

“Outstanding and professional experience from beginning to end. The scheduler called and put me on the schedule for the best day for me, told me how it was going to go on the day scheduled, and then made sure I had everything I needed. On the day of the install, Alex from JMAG, contacted me to let me know he was 15 minutes away. He arrived and had everything set up for my windshield replacement, explained how it was going to happen, and provided me a few details about a piece of molding on my windshield. In about 30 minutes, the new windshield is installed and looks great. Alex gave me some last minute instructions and was on his way. Total pro! Finally, I called the office to pay the deductible and that was a great and professional experience. This was as easy as it gets and the job was completed perfectly. I highly recommend Jack Morris!”
“My Chevrolet silverado has a 7 and 1/2 inch lift. I was hit on my front left tire in a parking lot and I had axel damage and some support beams were broken. Nobody wanted to work on it but Mid Tenn tire were ready and willing to fix it from the get go. They did an absolute wonderful job . It drives like a new truck !! I would highly recommend these guys and I will be back..”
