I’ve used this pharmacy for years and today I’m in a ton of pain needing a steroid. And my endo office called it in. And I never received a text that it was in progress. Called they said they never got it. Called the doctors office and they called the pharmacy and requested they check the voicemails, they told my doctors office they were too busy to check the voicemails and REFUSED to take the prescription over the phone and said they would call my doctor back if they didn’t have it. Though my doctor’s office closes in just a few mins. I need this medication soon. I can’t understand how they REFUSE to check the voicemail and REFUSED to take the prescription over the phone. Needless to say my pharmacy needs will be moving to another pharmacy that won’t REFUSE to do their jobs. I will be reporting this to the correct channels. My mother worked for Kroger for 45 years and helped open this location many years ago and it’s APPALLING to know this is how they are treating their customers.

Gotten a lot better this yr. Was ready to go somewhere else and I don’t even have meds. Just pick up and handle my parents/families. They close for lunch and last yr the times would vary. Or you would call in a refill and be told when to pick up… to only get there and be told we have to wait days for the truck! But this year and its entirety have been more consistent, lines may seem long at times but move faster than they were… and most of the employees are always polite and helpful.

The pharmacy and pharmacists have always been soooo helpful. We have no desire to use another pharmacy.

Such bad customer service, I called this morning regarding GoodRx, the pharmacy associate was absolutely rude. We will be transferring prescription somewhere else.

I will definitely be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The customer service at this location is terrible along with personnel who are rude and not accommodating at all. I have been having scripts filled here for the past year but will find a new pharmacy home today!

This is honestly the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The staff looks miserable, they NEVER answer the phone, and they're just plain rude. There are people who depend on their medicine!! People who are terminally ill and whose life depends on their meds. This place really should be shut down before they endanger someone's life!!!!!!

The Kroger app is good but the people at this location make for a miserable experience. To be fair, most pharmacists are miserable in 2023, but good luck getting a smile and a "thank you." This location is always slammed/busy. I'd rather drive 10 minutes to an independent pharmacy than deal with Kroger attitudes, out of stocks, and just *any* reason not to fill your script!

They never answer the phone. I waited a couple of minutes at the pick up line before being acknowledged. I will start doing business with the new Publix store in Gallatin. Publix is head and shoulders above Kroger when it comes to customer service.

NEVER EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES IN THE PHARMACY. Cant keep staff ever because I see new faces and people who don’t know what to do EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO IN THERE. ITS MEDICATION. NOT CLOTHES AT THE DRY CLEANERS.

Gallatin, Tn. Kroger Pharmacy, 845 Nashville Pk. 07/30/22 2PM Received the text notice that the last of 4 scripts were ready. I went inside and was only able to pick up 3 meds. (This happens all the time.) I was told that the 4th would be available after 3pm. After 3 is code for "you should not attempt to pick up until minutes before closing, and still it will not be ready." (This also happens all the time.) I was sitting in the drive thru 15 minutes before closing, with 2 customers in front of me. As I pulled up to the window, I noticed the shade had been pulled down. The time was barely 5:50 PM. After knocking on the glass, the employee raised the shade but refused to wait on me. I was told I would need to come inside, as they were starting to close. I pointed out the "hours of service" on her window and asked to be waited on. I was told that she was closing the register. I asked her to walk over to another register. I was told that they had other customers and to come inside. So, I did. I expressed my frustration to the Pharmacist by repeating the conversation I had with the tech at the window. She only glanced up once and went back to her work, ignoring me. I told her, "Hey, I'm talking to you." She said I was being disrespectful, however, I felt they were disrespecting me. I was then told to "quit talking" by the drive thru tech. I said to get me what I came in for, and I will leave. Well this epic customer service fail, ends with...wait for it, THE PRESCRIPTION WAS STILL NOT READY FOR PICK UP! This has been the story for many years, and this is the final straw! With their gas purchases, I spend over $800/month. I'm "Movin' on" from Kroger Pharmacy, including all of my Kroger grocery shopping purchases! I pass a brand-new PUBLIX on the way to Kroger, but from now on, they will be my stop for Pharmacy and grocery needs.
