“Customer service was super helpful to me on a Sunday. Initially my gate code didn't work, but they called me back quickly and gave me a temporary code to get into the facility. Then of course I found the parking spot I had reserved was not accessible for my trailer and truck size but luckily had two perfect spots side by side available right near my storage unit, and they cancelled the spot I couldn't use for me and rented the other two! Could not have worked out any better honestly 10/10 stars”

She provided me a map to view the units and even allowed me to walk to each one so I can find the one that best fits my needs.
