“Reservation was quick and easy! Was able to gain access the next day. BUT, be careful to read the documents at lease signing. They will automatically sign you up for storage insurance. This can easily be waived if you either buy 3rd party supplemental insurance (cheap) or show proof of homeowners insurance. The plan they had me signed up for would have increased the monthly cost by 50%.”

“The unit itself is the perfect size I needed and the people I was in contact with were excellent, however, I was not shown or able to see the unit until after renting it and there is no way to access it with a dolly because there is a slanted step up. Its sideways on a hill. And, I cannot back up a truck and trailer to the entrance due to lack of room between buildings. I would definately ask to see the unit first, next time. If it were more functionally convenient I would give 5 stars.”
