Pressured by Jay into trying the internet and cell service but was explicitly promised multiple times that if I wasn’t happy I could return everything within 14 days for absolutely no charge. I returned everything after 10 days and after an hour on the phone cancelling (the guy in store wouldn’t cancel it for me) and being told that this once they’ll clear the charges as a courtesy I’m getting bills wanting almost $200. Angry is an understatement but this just reconfirmed my decision to never use T-Mobile.

Sprint WAS A1 in my book. 15 years never had a bit of trouble. They did the merge with T mobile and now they SUCK 100%

Very Patient , Informative, SO helpful, as well as knowledgeable about what their products and promotions offered.I was able to make a definitive decision on what I wanted for me, my husband and daughters b/c ALL of my questions and concerns were answered! It has taking me years to ungrade b/c I didn't want to go through the process, however JAVARIS HELPED TO MAKE IT EFFORTLESS BY GOING UP AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY BY BEING SO HELPFUL THROUGH THE PROCESS!THANKS AGAIN, JAVARIS AND KEN YOU GUYS ROCK!

Lied to about everything. Ported one phone and then the price increased by $500. Lied to about time frame for refund. Area manager called me but was as pathetic as the store staff

Very incompetent 'kids' working there. I rarely get the help I need.Maybe they are too 'involved' with taking all the time with their ear and nose piercings to focus on learning how to do their jobs. HORRIBLE. !

Completely inexperienced staff that looked like they're teenagers who didn't know tech and only knows how to sell a phone to someone. They did not help me with what I needed to resolve. Bought a brand new supposedly unlocked phone that wasn't, called customer service and told me to go to a T-Mobile store. Got there and they told me that they cannot unlock phones at stores and when I asked them questions they simply just repeated the phrase they do not know why customer service is sending us to them. Tried to divert me away by telling me to contact where I bought the phone from even though THEY are the people who can unlock the phone, and I don't believe their bs because if I can't do it at a store then I don't know where else I can.

Terrible experience.I walked into buying new iPhone 12. I asked the sales rep what the difference between the 12 pro and the 12 promax was, he just stared with a blank face. Then he said I think it’s a better processor.I asked if that was the only difference, again a blank stare. He couldn’t answer any questions.Isn’t this your job to know the products.As I’m checking out I asked him what I needed to do to activate the phone. He told me that it was already activated. So I took the phone home and after setting it up I cannot make a call.I then spent an hour On hold with T-Mobile to get my phone activated.Go to Best Buy. Go to Costco. Hell, even go to Walmart, but do not buy your phone here.

Unexperienced staff with no idea what they are doing. I was a Sprint customer and had a question about Tmobile Home Internet. I asked them if I could get with being a Sprint customer. He said yeah, no problem he ordered the equipment to get home internet and said be a couple weeks before receiving it No problem. Sure enough got equipment and set up with instructions that came with device. It connected but no internet. Come to find out it wasn't activated and he had changed my cell phone plan from Sprint to Tmobile without my consent. Went back to return home internet device to store. He tells me, I have to get return label and return it. After shipped back to warehouse they then activate it charging me 30.00 and I sat on phone for over three hours to get canceled off my plan and get my cell plan adjusted back down to Sprint 115.00 a month from Tmobile 180.00 plan for same service. Company very unorganized and have a overseas customer service that doesn't understand english.

David Scurlock was very help when we went to TMobile. I bought a great phone sanitizer to keep on my desk at work. He was very knowledgeable about the product and showed how it works.

Went in for a upgrade and it’s was so clean. All the new tech on display. Dakota helped me through every step to get my my new iPhone 11. Recommend anyone looking to upgrade to try here first and ask for Dakota. Great service with lots of friendly people :D
