New rotors and pads....They also replaced tires on our daughter's car and gave us a great price on a good set of new tires. They have gotten every job done fairly quickly with zero issues. “I have never been to a Discount Tire before but I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else. I arrived 30 minutes before close to get a new tire put on. I had to drive back to Knoxville and was balling on a budget to say the least. Clark immediately started helping me, and I got 2 tires for an affordable price that I thought I couldn’t handle. Clark made it happen for me, without his high quality customer service and empathy I might not have made it back to Knoxville with all my tires.”
“Quick & easy. We are from out of town and during our travels my heat shields bolts came undone. Most of the local shops where we were staying couldn’t get us in for weeks to fix it. Called this Firestone and they got my car in two days later and fixed it all up. Was such a relief especially while traveling. Excellent customer service! Was so appreciated.”
