They even fixed a lawn mower tire for me and wouldn't accept any money for that. The put a set of tires on my daughter's car at a price the big box tire shops couldn't match. “My Chevrolet silverado has a 7 and 1/2 inch lift. I was hit on my front left tire in a parking lot and I had axel damage and some support beams were broken. Nobody wanted to work on it but Mid Tenn tire were ready and willing to fix it from the get go. They did an absolute wonderful job . It drives like a new truck !! I would highly recommend these guys and I will be back..”

“Made an appointment online. Arrived a bit early and were greeted and seated quickly. Getting all 4 new tires mounted and balanced took less than an hour. I kept one tire for a home project and the disposal fee for that one was waived. They even installed my modded tire valves. Overall I am satisfied with Discount Tire's service. If ever I need warranty work or more services from them, I will update this review.”

“this was my first time going here and would definitely go back if i need.i went for an tire pressure check after the snow storm and found out that i had a small leak in a tire. josé immediately greeted me at the door, inspected the tire, got my information, and took the car back to repair it. he originally quoted me an hour to an hour and a half, but it only took 30 maybe 40 minutes, which is amazing! they repaired the tire for free and i was more than surprised in a good way.as a woman, i have anxiety over being scammed in places like this but my experience here was a 10/10.”

He knew all about the car and was able to get me the color and model I wanted, which they found and got to me the very next day! He even answered my text messages when I had questions. “My name is Paul Ragnoli. I’m from the Detroit, MI. area. Recently, I visited the Sam’s Club in Hendersonville, TN. to buy a hat bc it was raining while we were there. I went to the clothing dept. where I approached an elderly, smiling lady named Marvis who was folding clothes! I asked her where the hats were and she said they don’t sell hats there and directed me to Walmart, just down the road. I struck up a conversation with her and we talked for quite a while. Marvis is 84 years old and is a very intelligent, hard working and dedicated employee. Imagine the experience she brings to the table!?Having been a former manage, as I was, we talked about workplace environment and employee / management interaction. We talked about how nice it is to have the manager / supervisor recognize you and say good morning or good afternoon, whatever the case may be. Teamwork makes everyone successful, and knowing your team mates names and their personal story lends a sense of personal worth to the workers. After all, kindness is free and the feeling it gives to your employees is immeasurable! I always treated my employees with respect, a sense of appreciation and worth and never took them for granted. Although Marvis didn’t spell it out in so many words, I sensed their could be some room for improvement in this area. I thoroughly LOVED talking to that lady! She is witty, smart, and funny! If I wasn’t in a rush to meet my son for dinner, I would have loved to pick her brain some more. So, if anyone in management is reading this, please stop by and show some respect for someone who has put in the time on this Earth and knows a thing of two. Just a smile and a hello and a “How are you doing Marvis?”. It would really make an elderly lady feel happy. Anyone who works there, please stop by and tell her that Paul from Detroit (who was riding in a handicapped scooter) will never forget her.
