“I have never been to a Discount Tire before but I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else. I arrived 30 minutes before close to get a new tire put on. I had to drive back to Knoxville and was balling on a budget to say the least. Clark immediately started helping me, and I got 2 tires for an affordable price that I thought I couldn’t handle. Clark made it happen for me, without his high quality customer service and empathy I might not have made it back to Knoxville with all my tires.”
“Made an appointment online. Arrived a bit early and were greeted and seated quickly. Getting all 4 new tires mounted and balanced took less than an hour. I kept one tire for a home project and the disposal fee for that one was waived. They even installed my modded tire valves. Overall I am satisfied with Discount Tire's service. If ever I need warranty work or more services from them, I will update this review.”

“I am very happy with this shop. They have done two brake jobs on two of my vehicles. New rotors and pads....They also replaced tires on our daughter's car and gave us a great price on a good set of new tires. They have gotten every job done fairly quickly with zero issues.
