“Keaton at the Hendersonville location was awesome to deal with and saved Discount Tire a customer. I recently purchased tires at the Rivergate location and had a great experience there as well but not so well this time. While having new tires installed I was quoted $10 per tire for new TPMS stems if I purchased theirs. I was told they didn't have the stems along with couldn't get them. I was quoted $35 per tire if I brought my own which was a $100 penalty because they couldn't supply them. Sam's Club was my next option but I decided to try another Discount Tire location. I'm glad I did. From the tire purchase, new metal TPMS valve stems installed at no charge, which Keaton had on hand, to the alignment, all of those involved did an excellent job. Thanks to them for a pleasant visit.”
