“The overall blessings I received from this store was amazing. Great customer service is greatly given with a smile. Clean fast pace service. A relaxing place to stop at when u need gas, a smile, fresh Hot food with a buck load of choices. A must go and check them out. I enjoyed my visits may great atmospheres come to that was there that day. No they didn't ask me to do this. It was meant for me to after I received there wonderful service. ??❗?”
“Very convenient and the price of fuel is cheaper here than anywhere else in Ripley. The last few months tho when I get something from the deli, the employees seem to just charge whatever they want tho. The prices are never consistent. A lot of times the employees will be on their phones the entire time and resent checking you out like we’re inconveniencing them. Very frustrating. There’s a new girl in there named Tiffany and she’s great. I think she’s been there for a month. She always charges the same fair price and is very helpful. I’m always glad to see when she’s working.
Their breakfast and plate lunches are awesome tho! Last week I had their lasagna with fried okra and homemade squash potato casserole. So good!”

“Now Gates Express, which was previously known as Bologna Joes, has really improved lately. New management has made a big difference , feels more organized and well run. Especially the clean bathroom makes it a good stop. They’ve got everything you need, from cigarettes to beer to cold drinks, all stocked up. Overall just a much better vibe now and a reliable stop.”
