Branded by CW is a cool and surprisingly large cowboy shop located in Gatlinburg on the Parkway. It offers a very nice shopping experience with a large selection of cowboy hats, boots, hey dudes, women's purses, jeans, and other accessories. The store provides a good selection of boots at various price points, including a better upscale selection than some other places, and is a good way to find discontinued and discounted pairs. The staff provides amazing customer service, leaving a first and lasting impression. Associates are described as friendly, professional, kind, attentive, personable, and informative, with amazing personalities. They are skilled at helping customers find the perfect fit, asking questions, conversing, and working with customers for a long time. The whole staff is great, making the environment very welcoming to try before you buy. Customers report feeling treated like family and emphasize that the team kicks it out of the park with service. The store also features an amazing sweets place on the right side.
This shop made my whole vacation. You have the best collection of boots and hats and for a decent price. The staff was super friendly and I was so happy to ask for help.

We shop here each year as my husband and I are boot fanatics! The customer service here is just top notch! Each employee checks on you every time they walk by. We love this place!
