“The Sock Shop is a specialty shop and sells stylized socks of every imaginable type. They have socks in hundreds of colors and with every type of imprint. The also keep women’s and men’s sizes, sports teams both college and NFL as well as logo and political styles. If you like socks, check these guys out, they’re great.”

Such is the case here when my 12 year old daughter and I were greeted and attended to by a young associate named Tilly. She was all you could want as the face to your retail store; friendly, professional, kind, attentive, and personable; the mark of a great associate . “This place is my new favorite store! Out of all the places I have traveled to & visited this lil piece of heaven is a must see. I rate it a 10 out of 10. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by smiling faces & get a feeling of being welcomed wholeheartedly. Owner is friendly & now one of my good friends. The merchandise is top quality & prices are amazing. There is something for everyone. I can not wait to go back. In the meantime I can go online & shop ♥️? ?♥️”

“This is the only place that I can find sports clothing for my favorite teams, the only problem is getting them in my size and some are overpriced but there's not another place in this or surrounding states that has these items even on-line I can't find what I'm looking for. “I got my first belt 10+ years ago from these guys and it still looks awesome. A couple years ago I bought another, and while it took a long time to receive - due to their backlog of orders and supply chain issues - I did eventually get it and it's another quality belt. They sent out a very apologetic letter explaining the reasons for the delay and that my order was still slated. You buy a couple of these and you'll never need a new belt. My dad has a bunch he bought 30+ years ago and they've held up great. I noticed a lot negative reviews whining about the long lead times and it's unfortunate that people will crap on a small business like this. I've even read one star reviews of people claiming this business is a scam. As someone who has purchased multiple times from these guys I can tell you they are NOT a scam. The people leaving these negative reviews have never operated a business or have had to deal with supply chain shortages in their line of work. Yes it may take awhile to get your product from these guys - the pandemic and shut downs really messed up the supply chain in ways a lot of people don't understand. On top of that this business does produce a lot and they've always had a large backlog when I've purchased from them. I will probably purchase another belt from them next time I'm in Gatlinburg. They deserve the business.”

“My daughter and I were shopping and saw a shirt on display we loved. I asked if there were anymore of them and the young lady at the register immediately started moving totes to look for the correct size. Absolutely no hesitation. Madison gave the best customer service I have quite possibly ever received in a retail store. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area again.”
