Branded by CW is a cool and surprisingly large cowboy shop located in Gatlinburg on the Parkway. It offers a very nice shopping experience with a large selection of cowboy hats, boots, hey dudes, women's purses, jeans, and other accessories. The store provides a good selection of boots at various price points, including a better upscale selection than some other places, and is a good way to find discontinued and discounted pairs. The staff provides amazing customer service, leaving a first and lasting impression. Associates are described as friendly, professional, kind, attentive, personable, and informative, with amazing personalities. They are skilled at helping customers find the perfect fit, asking questions, conversing, and working with customers for a long time. The whole staff is great, making the environment very welcoming to try before you buy. Customers report feeling treated like family and emphasize that the team kicks it out of the park with service. Fascinating store to look around. Only bought a wallet but pleased with my purchase. The staff were friendly.

Amazing customer service from Nocona. I contacted him about what Anderson Bean Boots he had in my size. He drove to all 3 location's and found all the boot's they had in my size and sent me pic's of them. Paid over the phone and was quickly shipped to me. Couldn't be happier
