“Savannah at Stages West was absolutely amazing! She helped both my husband and me find the perfect hats by making sure we had the right size and shaping each one exactly how we wanted. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does and takes pride in her work.
She paid incredible attention to detail, making adjustment after adjustment until everything was just right. I have a smaller head, and she suggested trimming the brim to better fit my proportions. It made such a difference, and the finished hat fits and looks perfect.
Savannah is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great eye for what works. I never felt rushed, and she made sure we were completely happy with every detail before we left. I brought my parents in to get fitted for shoes. They are both hard of hearing and communicate primarily through sign language. Taylor treated them with such patience, kindness, and respect from the moment we walked in. He took the time to make sure they were comfortable, understood their needs, and through on the spot learning, found the right shoes for each of them.
What stood out most was how attentive and genuine he was. He didn't rush the interaction and went above and beyond to connect with them, even making them laugh and smile throughout the process. Seeing my parents treated with such care and dignity meant more to me than I can put into words.
The experience was so touching that it brought me to tears. I am deeply grateful for Taylor's help, compassion, and exceptional customer service. He is a true asset to the Merrell team, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

“I stopped by the Old Navy outlet in Sevierville and it was pretty much what I expected, in a good way. The store feels like a typical Old Navy, but just bigger and more packed with merchandise. There was a lot to look through, and it covered everything—kids, men, and women. If you like having lots of options, this place delivers.
The layout was easy enough to follow, but you do have to spend some time digging if you want to find the best deals. The clearance sections had some hidden gems, especially if you are patient and willing to look through the racks. It was not all perfectly organized, but that is kind of part of the outlet experience.
There were signs everywhere for 30% and 50% off, which made it feel like you could get a good deal, though I am not sure if those discounts are always there or just part of a promotion. Either way, it added to the appeal.
Overall, nothing surprising, but solid. If you already like Old Navy, you will probably like this store too. Just plan to spend a little extra time browsing to find the best stuff.”

“I missed the old store on Teaster Lane. I was pretty upset when it ended up closing because it was so easy to get to and get out of compared to Tanger, but the manager that ran the teaster store is now running this one and I’m pretty glad for that, because she recognised me and that was pretty cool, my Daughter extremely loves Rue 21 so do I their style of clothes is kind of a mix of the 80s and 90s, which is a time I grew up so it kind of makes pretty cool place to buy outfits. Just wish they would go back to shipping because not every store carries exactly what you’re looking for. And I mean, Rue 21, the company not specifically this store.”

“Along the busy strip in Pigeon Forge, Duncan's Clothing sits right in the middle of the chaos. Traffic is nonstop, packed with tourists, and the whole area honestly feels like a mini Vegas strip dropped into Tennessee. It is loud, crowded, and full of energy, which somehow makes this store fit right in.
Walking inside, the first thing you notice is just how much stuff they have. The place is packed wall to wall with hats, jeans, shirts, workwear, and socks. Seriously, so many socks. Every direction you look, there is more inventory stacked high along the walls, which I actually appreciate because it means a much better chance of finding your size without digging forever.
And that is the big win here. They seem to have every size. If you have ever struggled to find something that fits, this place is a relief. Brands like Levi’s and Carhartt are everywhere, along with racks of hoodies and sweatshirts at really solid prices.
They also carry raincoats, coveralls, and plenty of practical workwear, not just touristy stuff. It feels more like a real outfitter than a souvenir shop. It may look overwhelming at first, but take your time and you will find some great stuff.”
