Gap Factory offers amazing service that is very helpful and kind, with staff assisting customers at the register and in picking out items. The store is really clean, well organized, and stocked pretty good. Shoppers find amazing deals and can easily find what they want, try it on, and check out. This service is hard to come by. Customers would highly recommend and will definitely be back when in the area.
I had an amazing experience with Ryleigh (good enough to ask her how to spell her name!) she helped me and my boyfriend find a comfy jacket and was so sweet and welcoming! You definitely lucked out on her as an employee ❤️
