Parkview Inn is a very clean place with a nice and clean lobby, new furniture, and new interior. The people are very friendly and there is a fitness room that looks decent. Breakfast is available in the morning and is good, but guests should arrive early. The location is close to downtown and many attractions are within walking distance, though the busy streets can cause noise. Some guests noted the front desk lady was rude, and the hotel lacks an elevator, making it not very handicap accessible. A disabled guest was glad to have an elevator, but smoking pot on balconies made others sick. Many guests highly recommend it.

The hotel is an very clean place. The people are very friendly here and that hey have a fitness room that looks decent as for have having a wonderful place to go out on and look out on the second floor.
