Got there at my appointment they came out a while later and told me there was a problem. There were 2 different part numbers for my truck boards. “It was my first time buying a car out of state and they made the process very easy for me! I was working with salesman Alex Hamby and he was excellent at answering questions and working with me on price. We were able to work the whole deal out over the phone/text. I was so glad I didn't have to do the typical hours long song and dance like at most other dealerships and they never tried to pressure me to come into the store before the deal was made. He even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to sign the paper work and pick up the car. He was a true professional through and through. The rest of the employees I interreacted with, like Nacho the finance manager, were also very pleasant to work with and we had a good conversation about the local area and he offered several food recs I'll have to try if I'm back in the area. “Again , these guys have come to the aid of my son and daughter in law. They are wonderful and honest. I'm across country and am grateful I found them. AAA left my daughter in law sitting in the hot sun for 5 hours to where she was taken to the ER from the heat. Before she left in the ambulance she called them. They were there in less then 30 minutes to get my son and the car. This is the second time they have gone above and beyond to help the kids. I recommend them to everyone.”

“I’m in the process of buying a vehicle and saw on the carfax that this shop has worked on it previously. I called them with the vin number fully expecting to get told there’s no info they could give me because quite frankly, what’s in it for them? To my surprise, they took the vin number and gave me a rundown of the work they did on it along with their opinion of the vehicle. Basically something that only good people would take the time to do, wish I lived closer so I could take my vehicles there. Keep up the great customer service!”
