“Exceptional location to buy from. Alex Hamby is an A+++ seller (Ask for him!!) and the finance team is on point with speedy results and no bulling around. Highly satisfied with our purchase!
Past dealing in the Service Dept have also been beyond easy, with superb customer service.”
“Good people, the waiting area was amazing (clean bathrooms, plants, bottle water). They were able to schedule me next day for an easy fix. I will definitely be back.”
“Me and my wife was out looking for a jeep for our daughter and we ended up at Crown of Cleveland. We found a really sharp jeep with the help of our salesman Daniel Kerr, The guy was really honest abt the jeep without being pushy and the price was more than fair, We had a really good experience, and a really good feeling abt the vehicle we purchased, we will be going back the next time we need a vehicle! Not only Daniel, Everyone at this place was super nice! Thank you Daniel Kerr and thank you Crown of Cleveland for such a wonderful buying experience definitely go see these guys for your next ride they will not disappoint!”
“I had an amazing experience with my recent car purchase at Toyota of Cleveland. My salesman, Daegan Harris, provided top notch service and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Justin and Justice made sure I left with a payment that was affordable for me and worked hard to help me. I love my new vehicle and would recommend anyone to come give these guys your business. Great team!”
“This Establishment, Walter was very helpful. I had an emergency with a wheel bearing issue while on a trip they took me in on short notice and repaired my vehicle very quickly at a very fair price and very honestly I would definitely recommend this company and Walter to anyone”
“Son came up to visit and had a problem with his vehicle. I called Jeff early the next morning and he was able to get to it within an hour. Much less of a problem than we had anticipated, but in his team took care of business and a very, courteous and professional manner. Please bypass automotive solutions which is a very closely located competitor. They are systematically, dishonest, and what they say. Your vehicle needs versus what it actually needs. I’ve found Jeff and his team to be uncommonly honest and that means a lot.”
“They have always been super courteous; I never feel pressured to buy anything, and their prices are comparable to others (sometimes less). I would highly recommend using this service department.”

“It was an absolute pleasure throughout the whole service experience. I live a little further out so the drop box was very convenient! My service manager, Rick, was always available, really helpful and kept me informed. I want to praise the whole team of specialists that work on my car and got it done! 👍 Hats off...because...engineers...iykyk. Anyway, great job team! 5+🌟 .
May the peace of Jesus bless us all ✝”
