Apple Saddle Creek is a great store offering all the latest Apple products. The store is nice and clean, and the people are informative, polite, and knowledgeable. Staff are extremely helpful, patient, kind, and provide excellent customer service, explaining everything clearly. They are professional with a friendly attitude, which makes stressful situations easier. The service can be really quick or really slow depending on when you go, leading to experiences that are really great or really frustrating at times. They perform diagnostic testing and can fix issues under warranty. The team works to solve problems and show customers how to prevent them.
