My recent encounter with First Horizon Bank, particularly with Mr. Sternburg, left me feeling disrespected and disregarded. Despite my five years of loyalty as a customer, I experienced rudeness and unprofessionalism. Mr. Sternburg not only spoke over me but also showed a lack of interest in addressing my concerns. Instead of guiding me through a proper discussion, he seemed more inclined to dismiss me. I had to request to discuss the matter in his cubicle, where he reiterated that there was nothing they could do. Surprisingly, he never asked for my name or introduced himself. When I inquired about seeking assistance from someone else, he simply replied with a no. Even the branch manager, who handed me his card, seemed more focused on his computer and appearance, conveying a sense of neglect before hurriedly attending to other matters. Disappointed, I promptly visited another branch where I received the information and assistance I needed. Please do better.

I was helped by William. He’s the best. He is professional, personable, accurate and swift with large banking amountsGo to this branch. Look for him. He puts the other branches to shame. Perhaps he should lead a lesson on customer service and general good banking

I find it highly unlikely that I would engage in any business transactions with this particular branch. During a recent visit, I observed the treatment my fiancée received while attempting to secure a loan. Regrettably, both the employee and the manager demonstrated a conspicuous lack of assistance and professionalism. My fiancée not only experienced being consistently ignored but also endured being spoken over by the employee throughout the entire interaction. Upon requesting to speak with the manager, the treatment she received was, if anything, even more disheartening. Reflecting on this encounter, I can only speculate on the challenges individuals may face when seeking satisfactory customer service at this location. It is my sincere hope that these reviews serve as a catalyst for improvement in their overall service standards.

One of the best features of this branch (of a now humongous banking behemoth) is its modern and convenient drive-through ATM. Service inside can be spotty, as it can get quite busy, and they seem to be dramatically understaffed.

The management at this bank lacks professionalism. First Horizon recently sent a letter stating they will market my personal information unless I opted out….. I opted out AND I requested written documentation affirming this……. Well that was asking TOO much…. No one has the authority to do that! Do not get involved with this bank!

Very rude assistant on more than one occasion. When I said as much in this last visit, instead of apologizing and trying to be friendly, he told us we could just wait for someone else and then ignored us.

I am Tired with First Horizon Bank. I deposit all the money I have in US in First Horizon for 3 and a half yearsLast year my company sent me the payroll check to my account for serval times, but they did not put into my account and they couldn’t find the check after I visited them and called them again and again.Last month was my first time apply credit card in America. They suggested me to open a Secured Credit Card(that is a card which request me to deposit money in it before spend it) to start with. There was no response at all after I applied in this branch. So, I called them one week later, they told me that I need to bring SSN card and some other document. I took it there and then there was another over one week waiting without response. No email inform, no mail from them, no phone call and no text to me for any answer. I had to call them again. The answer was “declined”. I waited for almost one month and the answer was declined for a SECURED CREDIT CARD.I just came back from Bank of America today. They only took 5 minute to approve my application for a secured credit card and I will receive my credit card by mailing to me soon. The BOA agent just so surprise that how could Firsthorizon decline a secured credit card application.Don’t waste you time with First Horizon. They do not know what they are doing. I found most of their staffs are trainees. I will close my checking account there.
