“I've never noticed the outside of my car not being clean after going through the wash. They always cleaned my front and rear windshield before the wash. I wish they would take just a few seconds longer and use those same brushes to hit my wheels real quick before I enter the wash. I hate the idea of buying a higher priced subscription just for the few seconds it would take to hit the wheels with those brushes before entry. I believe that should come standard either by the guys with the brushes or the car wash machine itself, either way. As many vacuums as they have I don't know why only half of them seem to be in operation at any given time. The vacuums work well though. Being fair, all in all I'll give them a five star rating. I plan to ask them to hit my wheels for me at the risk of being berated or denied. I live close by and drive for Uber and Lyft so I have to keep my car clean inside and out. For now I plan to stick with Wash N Roll.”

“I have a monthly subscription for both my wife's car and mine. I have the sticker in each windshield because the license plate reader is hit or miss. The attendant will scan the tag if needed. Only complaint is the traffic, it's dangerous during rush hour to even attempt a visit.”
