Wash N' Roll Car Wash - Madison, TN

Car Wash
Hours: Wash N' Roll Car Wash is a locally-owned express service. Some customers report positive experiences, noting the staff as nice, kind, and helpful, with one employee offering a good monthly deal and another providing service beyond closing time. Customers appreciate that the service includes scrubbing before the wash and free vacuums that work well, leaving vehicles looking clean. However, several significant issues are reported. Multiple reviews describe problems with the wash quality, including blue streaks, soap water droplets, and rinse water cutting off too early, sometimes even after a second wash. The touchless wash is noted as not working well for cars kept outdoors. The physical facility has drawbacks, with sun covers only partially effective and reports of trash and cigarettes on the ground. A serious complaint involves the cancellation process for monthly memberships, with multiple reports that phone cancellations result in continued charges, unlike in-person cancellations.
