Very rude over phone. I have a Enterprise rental car and had a flat tire in Enterprise told me to go to them and they told me it would be Saturday before they could 5 days before they could get me in to fix a flat.

Complete waste of time,would probably be a good shop if the people were competent. Was told alignments CANT BE DONE ON DUALLIES BECAUSE IT WOULD NEVER BE RIGHT!!!!Having done alignments for several years, I know for a fact thats b.s. ,that just tells your customers "we don't know what we are doing"

Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Extra time for an air filter they didn’t have. And to top it off when I got my car back there is oil smeared on my white leather. I won’t be back to this location. No respect for time and yes, I had an appointment.
