Needed a new part of my car. i was a bit nervous because it was my first time driving across many states by myself, they took care of me and made me feel safe! Lady that worked the counter was so kind and positive. Their son even gave me a lift to starbucks while they fixed my car up. Very very kind family. Couldn’t be happier. The cats are a bonus too.”

“I was traveling through Atlanta and a Norgren 5-way valve went out on my XL2. I was able to limp to Goodlettsville. Without an appointment they were able to fit me in and get me back on the road.
I was amazed at the knowledge of the technicians and how friendly the ENTIRE staff was.
The facility is very dog friendly they had a nice lounge to chill in while the bus was up in the air.
