Kroger offers thousands of quality food and household products from favorite brands and companies. Fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy and home goods are in one stop for savings. The store is huge and always nice with great selection of fruit, huge grapes and strawberries. Self checkout machines are a step above others. Friendly staff help customers, but the store needs help with empty shelves, flies in the produce area and rotten fruit. Good deals appear, but price and product less as time goes by.
Have been shopping at Kroger in Goodlettsville for over 20 years. There are a lot of things about the corporation that I don’t particularly like, but the people that work there are amazing. Shout out to Ashley and William that checked me out today!

Spent $250 to scan my own groceries on a conveyor belt, pay, bag, load my groceries and put my cart away at 3pm on Tuesday. Hire more staff or get a better system. Also the layout is designed to take as much of your time as possible. Will not return.

This store is absolutely poppin and Kroger refuses to pay more than 3 cashiers at a my given time, which has given me plenty of time to think about how much of my time I have wasted in line here and leave this review.
