Always have to wait a million years at the deli. Only one employee helping customers, while two others could glance up and see the line forming. Take a hint from the superior Publix deli, they do customer service right.

I like this store because it's large and has great produce dept. On 2 different occasions, the digital coupons were not applied, I was told to come back after 4:30 because that's when a manager comes in. No one in the entire store could credit me the difference. That's ridiculous!

Never a problem at this store. The assistance is tremendous. The management is often on the floor working with customers. A good friendly store. If you want to see a Kroger store being ran like a Kmart go to Bowling Green. Especially the one on Cambell Lane.
