Store in good shape. Wanna give a shout out to the frito lay rep this morning. Her part of the chip aisle was amazing. Pic to follow. I've been in grocery business for 36yrs now and this aisle was one of the best I've seen ever. 7-27-24 front end is a joke. 1 real register open the rest were u-scans. Store fairly busy at 9am. Never any managers on the sales floor.

A week ago my husband and I went grocery shopping at this Kroger's and the cashier stole my phone and went outside a tow truck company that was in store with us hit our car and left.

Has reeked of paint thinner/chemicals for days. I immediately turn back and leave upon entering. Shocked that they’re open and have employees working in those conditions. Dangerous!!

Today, 07/03/24 at 11:00pm I had the worst customer service in my life at this location. A lady that looks like the manager was very rude. I’m just arriving from FL for vacation and didn’t know about the law of the wine sales hours and she yelled that she will not talk to me that I had to do what the co-worker was telling me when I was asking for her to help me.

Don't go in morning time. Everyone is stocking and if you ask them a question or ask them to move their carts and they give you a dirty look. Big store, lots of selection s. But employees are cold and rude. Thank goodness publix is around the corner. This kroger needs to get it together.

I went to the meat department to get seafood. I asked for fresh scallops. As he's getting them, I notice him keep pulling something off what he was giving me. He kept trying to pull whatever it was off until I asked what is was. HAIR! Gross, , he said he would take off some. He charged me full price to begin with then I agreed for a hairy discount, he said ok but he stuck a reduced price sticker over the old sticker but he still charged me full price. Both stickers were the same. He charged me full price for scallops that he
physically had a hard time pulling the hair off of in front of me and still charged me full price. Gross young man

Came into the store today with the intention of getting crab legs and other items. However, this male (lighter blue) decided to forget he is a customer service professional. Walked towards the counter, didn't acknowledge me, ask to help me and not standing were I can fully see him. I assumed he's completing a task to my surprise I look up and he's giving me an evil/annoyed glare like "what do you want". Never asked to assist me or say a word to me. Very rude! But stepped up and acknowledged the customer behind me. Hmmm? Anywho Kim the manager was nice about it when I informed hee about his actions & stated it was uncalled for and would inform the higher manager. Hopefully he gets some training on customer service. When I informed another employee before finding the manager, it seemed this is normal behavior for him.

It seems there are good deals but it appears for the same price there is less product being purchased as time goes by. I think grocery stores like Kroger, should fight a bit harder for its customers.

This store is always nice. Great selection of fruit. It's 5-21-24 currently and they have some HUGE Grapes and Strawberries!

Store really needs some help. Lots of empty shelves. Flies in the produce area with rotten fruit. Meat department is always good.
Friendly staff but they really need to fix some things.

The people where rude there is work for king Sooper and I asked for change for a 20 that I got out of the machine itself check out after I spent $60 and they told me I had to spend more money to break the 20 we don't do that at King Soopers

Today is the 3rd time I have had an unpleasant encounter with an amployee named ANASTASIA. (Works front end) If RATCHET was a person she is the definition. This girl is mean, rude, curt and continually has a HORRIBLE ALTITUDE. I have personally witnessed this over the last couple of years, not just with me, but with others. Needed to return some rotte. prepackaged green beans, I purchased a couple of days that had already gone bad. She very rudely said that Kroger doesn't sell this brand. I purchased them from Kroger and she refused to find someone to help me. Customer Service was closed as usual!!! Fortunately another employee helped and of course when scanned it was a Kroger brand. She always gives off a bad bad attitude and just wants to condescend to customers. Don't know what her problem is, but she needs to stop bringing it to work and talking crazy to customers. She is Very Snobbish & demeaning. B get off your high horse, learn some manners and customer skills!@&$!/÷. Why are you still working here????? Better yet Kroger, why are you still allowing this obvious arrogant B to still work with customers. Put her on the back dock or parking lot cart duty where she doesn't have to work with the public. Surprised someone hasn't knocked her the hell out.
