“I visited five different Boot Barn locations during my trip to Tennessee, and the Goodlettsville store was hands down my favourite. The selection and inventory were by far the best, but what really made the experience stand out was Lynn. She greeted me with genuine Southern hospitality, took the time to answer my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. Her kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made shopping so much fun. If you’re looking for cowboy boots, hats, or western wear, this is the Boot Barn to visit—and if Lynn is there, you’re in excellent hands. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Tennessee.”

“Had to get a new pair of shoes for work. They didn't have my size in stock, but said they could have them drop-shipped directly to my house. Mind you this was on Friday, July 3rd at around 11am. I was told they would be there probably by Wednesday at the latest. They were in my driveway the very next day by noon...on a Saturday...on a Federal holiday. Less than 24 hour turn around from a small business on shipping. Now THAT'S service!”

“This particular Boot Barn store has been the very best I've ever experienced and I wish I lived nearby to visit often! Plentiful inventory, wonderful prices and the most fantastic staff! Alexis greeted me initially and was so very personable, dressed the cutest, quite knowledgeable and insightful about my interests to buy a new pair of boots! She's the BEST! As I walked to the checkout counter, I knew I had found exactly what I was hoping to find and with the correct fit! John greeted me and was very personal, asked if I needed a water and stain proofing product, which I did being from out of town but knew I was going to wear my boots that evening and made sure I was all found in their system for rewards. There was another lady behind the counter, Angie maybe?, and I tell you between the 3 of them I had the most fun experience! Go see them folks, you won't be disappointed!”
“I don't think there are enough words in the English language to accurately describe how wonderful the staff is at 50 East Shoes. I was back home for a bit and wanted to get a new pair of boots, when they arrived back to me, I didn't love them as much as I did in the store. I decided to call and spoke with CaShonda who had me mail back the boots and do an exchange. CaShonda worked closely with me to make sure I was able to get my dream boots, even offering to pull the size and style I wanted from the floor before my return even arrived. As soon as my boots made it back to the store, CaShonda called me and we got everything sorted out. I cannot thank CaShonda and the team at 50 East Shoes enough...an amazing small business who puts their customers and customer service above all else. I most definitely will be buying from here again, whether in person or giving CaShonda a call to order from a few states away.”

“We get a ton of hiking gear here and have loved every bit of it. I got my first pair of Merrills somewhere else years ago but I wore them for 15 years until replacing them with the same updated model last year, which had worked out great. We also got my wife and oldest daughter some hiking shoes which have been fantastic and really made our hikes less painful on the feet. My wife also got some hiking shorts which are her go-to and a nice down jacket with the only downside being that the zipper broke off after 2 or so years. The staff is super friendly and helpful here, too.”
