There is always plenty of stock to chose from, very quick check out, and plenty of friendly employees to help if you are looking for something particular. They also have pretty decent sales. This evening, employee Shaun was able to help my daughter find a pair of shoes based off of a photograph of a very old pair. He was able to identify the shoe and find it for her in stock! “This particular Boot Barn store has been the very best I've ever experienced and I wish I lived nearby to visit often! Plentiful inventory, wonderful prices and the most fantastic staff! Alexis greeted me initially and was so very personable, dressed the cutest, quite knowledgeable and insightful about my interests to buy a new pair of boots! She's the BEST! As I walked to the checkout counter, I knew I had found exactly what I was hoping to find and with the correct fit! John greeted me and was very personal, asked if I needed a water and stain proofing product, which I did being from out of town but knew I was going to wear my boots that evening and made sure I was all found in their system for rewards. There was another lady behind the counter, Angie maybe?, and I tell you between the 3 of them I had the most fun experience! Go see them folks, you won't be disappointed!”

“We get a ton of hiking gear here and have loved every bit of it. I got my first pair of Merrills somewhere else years ago but I wore them for 15 years until replacing them with the same updated model last year, which had worked out great. We also got my wife and oldest daughter some hiking shoes which have been fantastic and really made our hikes less painful on the feet. My wife also got some hiking shorts which are her go-to and a nice down jacket with the only downside being that the zipper broke off after 2 or so years. The staff is super friendly and helpful here, too.”
“OH. MY. WORD. Let me tell y’all about Johnny at Converse in Opry Mills because this man wasn’t just working — he was performing miracles in retail form. ?
From the second I walked in, Johnny had main character energy. I’m talkin’ top-tier customer service, Olympic-level shoe knowledge, and a smile that could single-handedly fix the economy. The man didn’t just help me find shoes — he found my PURPOSE in the footwear aisle. ?
He sprinted through that store like it was the Converse Games of 2025. Sizes? He had ‘em. Colors? All of them. Energy? Limitless. I’ve never seen someone sell sneakers with such passion and precision — like he was born in a Chuck Taylor factory and raised by customer service angels.
I’m convinced Johnny doesn’t work on commission — he works on divine assignment. If Converse had a Hall of Fame, his face would be on the logo. If raises were handed out based on excellence, Elon Musk would be wiring Johnny’s bonus personally.
In conclusion: give this man a raise, a trophy, a parade, and maybe a national holiday. ??
