Ordered the much-lauded fish sandwich at 5:20pm today. Expected something good as I normally love Arby’s. It was obvious to me upon taking a bite that the fish had probably been fried more than a couple hours before and smelled and tasted positively dank. I have doubts that proper product rotation is being observed at this location. Won’t stop me from going to other Arby’s locations but clearly these guys are behind on some training.

I stopped here when passing through. I made a mistake and ordered my sandwich wrong. Ms Debbie was so polite and offered to make it right even though It was my fault. Top notch customer service and food!

I ordered the wrong thing and they fixed it free of charge. Lovely people there and always been good to my grandparents. Worth the visit.

Worst Arby's ever. Dirty lobby, rude guy taking orders, had to go back to get my fries, out of sauces, not going back there. I swear I heard the manager apologize 10 times to other customers.

Lobby was dirty. Floor was super sticky. Guy taking our order was rude. They were out of all drinks but a few things. Worst experience ever. Giving it a 1 is being nice lol

I placed an online order, went through drive through to pick it up and was scolded by the woman and young man working there, that I was supposed to walk in to pick up my online order??? Isn't the purpose of placing an online order, the convenience? I place online orders all the time and go through the drive thru to get them and have placed a previous online order at this Arby's and have never been told I must come in.

Ketchup inside the bottom of the fry box. Called and was told to stop at Cookeville South Willow location. GM at Cookeville said I'd have to go back to other location if want a refund.

Food was falling apart and over sauced. The tortilla was so tough I couldn’t bite through it. Always loved Arby’s will never come back to this one. ?
