They helped me get back on the road after I was screwed over by some mechanics in another state, these 2 gentlemen were cheering me up the whole time I was there and treated me like I was family. “My home alarm system needed a new battery along with a battery for one of the sensors. I was able to go to the Batteries Plus website and easily search for the batteries needed. I ordered them online for store pickup and received a 10% discount. The order was ready in less than 30 min later. I picked them up the next day and was checked out by a very friendly man. I also inquired about car remote batteries. He opened my remote to find that a piece was disconnected and it actually was not the battery. He fixed the broken piece free of charge. I will definitely be back here. The customer service was excellent.”
