We use O'Reilly's a lot, but the Springfield location is NOT like the other locations. Let's just say they are sorely lacking knowledgeable staff and one in particular needs an attitude adjustment.

Mr. Perkins stayed over to make a hydraulic hose. It allowed me to finish getting hay up. This customer service is unique and was greatly appreciated.
