“Anytime I travel I have to try and stop at a Dollar Tree even though they all have the same merchandise There's about 10 20 items they don't have similar store was clean customer service was excellent The cashier was very nice. And those cherries are real You think all I'm getting them from Dollar Tree they're not they are real some of them have stem still on them Great deal”

“This is BY FAR the cleanest dollar general I've ever been into!!! All items were pulled to the front of the shelves. Absolutely NOTHING just sitting on the floor. This place was beautiful when I walked in. I usually think that when I go into one of these, it's going to be trashy. Not this one! This is a perfect store for a commercial!! “The employees here are always helpful and friendly! I can run in here almost any time of the day and get in and out quickly. I’ve been coming in here for about 7 years now and I can honestly say there has never been an issue with anyone being rude or not being helpful if I’m looking for something specific. “I like the store, the manager is always friendly and helpful.Store always looks stocked to me. Yes carts in the aisle but what store doesn't. Sure they could use more help but people don't want to work. The manager has hired more people but she seems to be doing all she can. People blame the manager I know retail it's a hard job. You want her job? Go for it and see if you can do any better. The store is close for many instead of driving to town be thankful I am.”
“Nice, new store. No self checkout; hard to believe they don’t have more than one person working who is expected to stock shelves while also checking everyone out, with no bell or way to know if anyone is waiting to be checked out if he would have been stocking shelves. And this is on a busy Saturday! Dollar General makes $$, so they can afford to have more than one or two people working at a time. This guy was on top of it tho, very nice and very proficient. ????????”
“This is what all Dollar General stores should be like. The store is spacious and clean and the store staff is friendly and helpful. Because it is a larger store it has a wider variety of merchandise in greater quantity on the shelves than most other Dollar General stores. Most Dollar General Stores appear to be working on stocking the shelves will customers are shopping. Though I understand and appreciate the business model of a "working store" while customers shop, at this location, although they do work the shelves while assisting customers, the process doesn't take up half the store with carts with product on the aisles. Although the store is a bit out of the way, it has proven to be worthwhile to make the trip for the great customer service and the fact that they have product on the shelves. One important thing to note is that this particular store doesn't have beer, but that is the only that that is missing compared to other Dollar General stores.”

These reason is due to the awesome customer service i receive from the manager. She is not only fast and very efficient..she is also so kind and has a smile for everyone. “Brand spanking new store open for about a week and a half. Great folks and great selection of merchandise. Hours are 8am-10pm. It took 7 years for this area to market sweet tea and Patti's pies. Now there's finally a DGS here. What's next a Waffle House? Lol”

“Dollar General, West Memphis, Arkansas on West Broadway is the cleanest, best smelling ,organized Dollar General I have ever shopped in. The Manager, Demarcus Newberry has turned that location into a pleasant shopping experience. Not one load of merchandise in the aisle, shelves fully faced, not boxes no clutter. I stopped shopping at Dollar General because of those issues, I've returned recently several times and my shopping experience was great! Hats off to Manager, Demarcus Newberry, well done Sir.”
