“I love this Dollar Tree though it does takes some time to get new items a lot of the time. We went to get a gc and graduation card, and their cards are by far one of their best values in relation to other stores; $1.50 for a really nice, decorative card as opposed to $7-8 for some of the basic ones anywhere else”

“I like to get my greeting cards at Dollar Tree. They are personable, and I don't have to spend $6-$10 on a card. That gives me more money to spend on a gift!”

“The store looks amazing. Great customer service. Managers keep up the good work. Today was my first time visiting since the upgrade. Great customer service. I was welcomed on entry. While shopping, I was asked if I needed help finding anything. I've lived in this area before there was ever a store in the area. This is the best. Fresh produce. Wow! Thank you GD.”

“This is BY FAR the cleanest dollar general I've ever been into!!! All items were pulled to the front of the shelves. Absolutely NOTHING just sitting on the floor. This place was beautiful when I walked in. I usually think that when I go into one of these, it's going to be trashy. Not this one! This is a perfect store for a commercial!! MAD/HIGH props to the people working here!! Good job!!”

“The employees here are always helpful and friendly! I can run in here almost any time of the day and get in and out quickly. I’ve been coming in here for about 7 years now and I can honestly say there has never been an issue with anyone being rude or not being helpful if I’m looking for something specific. Love this Dollar General!”

“Very nice employees, willing to help locate items n help customers even when price in computer register reflects differently than advertising stickers on products... n cashier lady was more than friendly, able talk enjoyably n happily, while keepin the customer line going n flowing without issues...”

“Nice, new store. No self checkout; hard to believe they don’t have more than one person working who is expected to stock shelves while also checking everyone out, with no bell or way to know if anyone is waiting to be checked out if he would have been stocking shelves. And this is on a busy Saturday! Dollar General makes $$, so they can afford to have more than one or two people working at a time. This guy was on top of it tho, very nice and very proficient. ????????”

“Dollar Tree employees were very nice and professional. My grandchildren wanted to shop for Mothers Day gifts for their Mom. We were able to get everything they were looking for.”

“This is what all Dollar General stores should be like. The store is spacious and clean and the store staff is friendly and helpful. Because it is a larger store it has a wider variety of merchandise in greater quantity on the shelves than most other Dollar General stores. Most Dollar General Stores appear to be working on stocking the shelves will customers are shopping. Though I understand and appreciate the business model of a "working store" while customers shop, at this location, although they do work the shelves while assisting customers, the process doesn't take up half the store with carts with product on the aisles. Although the store is a bit out of the way, it has proven to be worthwhile to make the trip for the great customer service and the fact that they have product on the shelves. One important thing to note is that this particular store doesn't have beer, but that is the only that that is missing compared to other Dollar General stores.”

“When they are not overwhelmed they're totally awesome. All I have to do now is learn the fruits and vegetable deliveries and the cigarette deliveries other than that mostly on top of love the frozen food section.”

“I like the store, the manager is always friendly and helpful.Store always looks stocked to me. Yes carts in the aisle but what store doesn't. Sure they could use more help but people don't want to work. The manager has hired more people but she seems to be doing all she can. People blame the manager I know retail it's a hard job. You want her job? Go for it and see if you can do any better. The store is close for many instead of driving to town be thankful I am.”

“I live in Gallatin and work a block from this location. Although there are several DG stores between home and work i prefer this one to shop at. These reason is due to the awesome customer service i receive from the manager. She is not only fast and very efficient..she is also so kind and has a smile for everyone. Thank you for the great customer service”

“Brand spanking new store open for about a week and a half. Great folks and great selection of merchandise. Hours are 8am-10pm. It took 7 years for this area to market sweet tea and Patti's pies. Now there's finally a DGS here. What's next a Waffle House? Lol”

“dollar general is dollar general... ya find good and bad at mostly all of them, while the majority is found to be short staffed and alot of them have empty unstocked shelves, some are badly cluttered and have narrow aisles. It's always a gamble when on a road trip and needing to choose a Dollar General in unfamiliar territory. On the flip side, I do appreciate their expansion, making it a convenience when in need to find a Dollar General. b”

“I patronize store #11561 on N. 11th street in Beaumont, Texas and this is the best organized, clean and friendly Dollar General store there is, Kimberly the store manager does a great job keeping a shopping experience great. Every Dollar General should have to tour this store and take heed in how it can be and how much better your work inviroment can be with a little order!”
